Sleek. ~ Upgrade to the microphone? Outstanding. Her old headset has a clip on microphone & this one is attached with a flip up to mute function. ~ The fit? Finally a headset that fits her! She’s small, so most of them slip & slide around, even at the smallest size, but these don’t. ~ The padding? Fantastic. She wears glasses to game & these absorb the stems so they don’t press into her head. ~ The colors? So pretty! Headsets are typically gender neutral or a little more masculine, but these are light & bright - a nice change. ~ The price? Totally reasonable for the quality level. I am very disappointed in this headset. The mic is far too close to the speakers causing constant bleeding. I can't have anything playing in my headset or everyone in my discord call can hear it perfectly. Any volume that is above 40% bleeds into the mic. I tried balancing my sound output, but the issue is the mic is so close to the speakers. The mic is also very far away from my mouth, so I sound very quiet and it doesn't pick up quieter responses. The sound quality is fine and the mic quality is fine, but that is to be expected of a headset at this price. It also sometimes produces a crackling. It looks pretty though. ... show more

I absolutely love these! I upgraded to these from a super cheap hand-me-down Xbox headset and the difference is crazy, especially since these aren’t super expensive. They are marketed as “glasses friendly” and do not disappoint! They’re super cute, soft, and are adjustable. I’ve worn them for several hours at a time and they don’t hurt. The sound is good and I like that I can simply flip the mic up if I want to mute myself. I use them for Xbox and Switch and have never experienced any problems. ... show more

Broke after two months. These were NOT manhandled. Not sure if it was design or material issues. Trying other brands. These were pricey for only 2 months use. We did glue them. Not confident the glue will hold. Apparently others had the same exact break. Trying to get a refund but looks like that’s not happening. Ugh. **update: 2021-09MAR after reaching out to customer service, they have replaced the set. Will see how the next one goes! Edit: I’ve had these for some time now and wanted to do an update and moving it down to a 4/5 rating. I still agree with all of my previous statements however. Within about 3 months of having these they stopped working and I am very careful with my gaming set up because I’m OCD and particular. These completely stopped working suddenly as far as being able to do both sound and using the mic at once and sometimes neither worked together. I did notice when I received it there was a hairline break in the connection area on the headset where the mic sits which didn’t necessary bother me and I don’t think this would have lead to the issues I was experiencing. But occasionally throughout the first couple of weeks I was noticing audio issues. Unfortunately this all happened right as covid hit. And while other items I was getting replaced with other company’s were swift in response and getting their customer taken care of it took TURTLE BEACH 3.5 weeks to get back to me about this. I had finally sent another email in and after a week I was replied to from that thread. I was not impressed because through all of this I couldn’t go out to stores or anything to get a replacement and I was following state regs to avoid non business related travel. This was the only company that not only ignored their customer but too their sweet unbearably slow time to rectify this. I eventually got walked through how to go about cutting the cord, taking a picture of it’s info and all of that and they had agreed to send me a replacement which so far has worked fine and I could not find any damage with it. So overall I still agree. But it was so frustrating to have to go through all of that for a replacement when I didn’t experience this with any other company. (I had a defective fan replaced, and a wireless charger sent out to me for warranty issues and waited less than a week to get confirmed shipments for both of those if that matters to anyone as to what I was referring to) **It’s comfortable, cute, clear quality. They are a little large but still can feel a little snug after a couple hours in the ears. I just wish you could adjust the volume of voice and game separately. ... show more

Oh my gosh! I love these so much! I always have issues with head phones sliding down my head. These ones stay put! They are extremely comfortable, and I could wear them all day. So far I've had them on for 6 hours without any discomfort. I only wish the mic and volume wheel were on the right side instead of the left, but that's just me being picky ... show more

I love this headset so much! Pretty, purple, and way better than the $20 crappy one I had prior. I bought a cheaper brand and within six month it kicked it. I bought this one and figured spending a bit more would prsebt better quality. The second I put it on, there was a major difference. The sound quality is amazing, the soundproofing is immaculate.
