It's fine, the clasp grips the fabric firmly, and it fits 8-foot doors easily ... but the lowest anchor point is two feet off the floor (above knee height). I might try mounting it upside down, or just use my regular door anchor for low mounts. I've only had it for one day, but it's perfectly suitable for home gym setups, and the most economical option.

This product is great. My first review stated that you should stay away however, the seller contacted me and informed me that there is actually one you can purchase that will not come with the ankle version of the workout kit.. this was not so clear to me when I was purchasing. The seller immediately sent me the ankle straps and now I am able to work out full body. My only suggestion is make sure you know exactly what you’re purchasing and ask questions about which one comes with the ankles included. Great customer service. Excellent and long lasting product. Very easy to place on my door at the resistance for me is perfect. After a while, I would go up to make the resistance even more challenging. So there’s more than one resistance, and you get to choose, which one you want to use or if you want to use them all or go to the highest one.

Just be aware. I ordered the 7 piece set. I thought the straps and equipment were all basically the same in each set displayed (just with additional equiptment included). However, the bands that come with this set have permanently attached handles - not clips - so the handles can't be removed and clipped to the D-rings or ankle straps. I was looking forward to the versatility of the clips and detachable handles. If I wanted to add ankle straps that would not work with this set. The instructional booklet is okay but not comprehensive. Overall it seems like decent quality and I can still use it.
