  • Great quality for the price!
Color: Dark Brown Style: Silver Aluminum Platter+ Aluminum Tonearm
I’ve been really enjoying this record player! It was easy to set up and looks great in my living room. The sound is warm and full, just how vinyl should be. I love that it has both wireless connectivity and USB recording so I can listen through my speakers or save my favorite records to my computer. Switching between 33 and 45 RPM is super smooth, and the magnetic cartridge feels solid and well-made. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of classic and modern. ... show more

  • Perfect gift for my 15 year old
Color: Dark Brown Style: Silver Aluminum Platter+ Aluminum Tonearm
My 15 year old decided she wanted a record player for her room. We have a technics direct drive unit with a blue ortofon cartridge connected through a nicer pre-amp and some Aperion speakers in our media room but this unit was purchased for her bedroom. I’m telling you what I have so you know where the feedback is coming from. I chose this unit for her after a lot of searching online. There are lots of decks and systems out there but what tipped the scales for me was the Bluetooth connectivity and the cool look of the deck. Bluetooth was important so she can connect to headphones. So on to the unit. It looks great the wood color of ours is grayer than the reddish wood in the pictures but we preferred that anyway. It does look very cool The sound is pretty good, I gave it a 4 because I’m basing that on the price of the unit and that we connect to a Bose Bluetooth speaker I chose this because it’s mostly manual (that should be part of the vinyl experience) but I do wish it had auto-return as my kid forgets and the cartridge is sat on the vinyl for hours or even days The only minor issue was that the belt shifted on the drive spindle and we had to move that back between the guides, this caused the records to play too fast The Bluetooth connectivity with an older Bose speaker takes an age to connect, like FOREVER, it’s fine with a newer model speaker so this could just be the older speaker having connection issues but it dropped the score for us to a 3 on that because it is so very frustrating, it’s like waiting for a tube amp to warm up! The cartridge can be upgraded which is a great feature, be interesting to throw my ortofon blue on there sometime Overall this was a great purchase and she continues to add to her vinyl collection which I’d say is in part down to this unit and is what the vinyl experience is all about, that connection with something physical ... show more

  • No support – waste of money! Do not buy from Retrolife.
Color: Dark Brown Style: Silver Aluminum Platter+ Aluminum Tonearm
This turntable looks great and has a quality sound (when it works). I found the Bluetooth connectivity to be finicky amongst several devices (TV sound bar, JBL standalone speakers, & Bluetooth connection to PC). All connected at one time, but some of these connections evolved to be unreliable. After a few months of use, the turntable began to play slow at the 33rpm speed. This progressively got worse until the music was comically slow (probably 75% of full speed). I checked the belt to ensure it was properly seated (which it was). I then even replaced the belt, but the problem persisted unchanged. I then contacted Retrolife for support. Being the device was, and still is, within warranty, I expected a solution. Retrolife support suggested that I disassemble the turntable to expose the internal drive mechanism to make a manual adjustment to the drive motor. Once this mechanism was exposed, I was instructed to turn a specific screw to increase the motor speed. No instruction of how much adjustment would be required, nor was calibration instructions provided to me. I replied with surprise that they would expect the customer to make this level of repair, especially without proper guidance or calibration instructions. I further suggested that warranty should cover a professional repair or replacement. Retrolife support replied that they agreed with my concerns, and warranty should cover this. Retrolife stated they would be in contact with me soon for a solution. After waiting several days, I reached out again. Their response was: “I've passed your Amazon order query along to Amazon's customer service team. They'll get back to you soon with a solution.” Weeks later, and no one has responded to me. I then sent multiple emails to Retrolife Support without any response. I never received a response from Amazon Customer Service. After countless emails over several weeks seeking a solution and a company to stand behind their product that is still under warranty, I have been left with a turntable that stopped working after 9 months. Simply put, this was a waste of money, effort for a solution, and Retrolife will not offer support or honor their warranty for their products. I strongly advise you to not purchase Retrolife products! ... show more

  • Excellent sound quality
Color: Dark Brown Style: Silver Aluminum Platter+ Aluminum Tonearm
Looks very vintage just like record players from back then, good for practical use or even as just a decoration. Can connect to Bluetooth so you can listen to your records on external speakers but the sound is loud and good enough even on its own
