This unit is absolutely wonderful. Everything the description says, it is. It was very easy for my husband to install, since it was a DYI. The only thing the description failed to mention was, it doesn't come with freon. So, now we need to get with an A/C company.

Worked great for 9 month, then a f7 code appeared. I contacted customer support for warranty and it turns out that they themselves don't know what the code means. After nearly two weeks of back and forth in which they tried to blame the problem on my end they told me that it was control module on the main unit I was informed that it would be shipped as soon as the factory would make one available which I was told it would take a month - month and a half. Keep in mind that they will not send anyone to check or service the unit. The part if I get it, has to be replaced by me at my expense.

Easy to install. Works great, very quiet when using. It was using about 1000 Watts power, was hoping it would use less power than that because trying to run it on solar, other than that would recommend.

Purchased this item for a project and was excited to receive it in a few days. On the day of install pulled the outside unit out of the box to find that it had been damaged during shipping, was shipped by the Ex, so not the first time this has been experienced. Reached out to customer service at the seller and after a few back and forth responses to provide some additional photos as well as serial number and shipping details, a replacement was on its way to me. Again, excellent customer service, something that is not seen as often these days. Got the unit installed and it is an excellent product, very energy efficient haven't been able to see a huge impact to my electric bill even though we have had some record breaking heat in the past month. The app control was one of the reasons I went with this unit, that along with the SEER rating and extended warranty they offer just by registering your unit. The app control works flawlessly and includes a lot of features that other brands do not. If you are looking for an excellent performing split unit like this, you will not be disappointed with this one!
