If you own a "Mobile" food service Turbo Air only gives a 1 year warranty and their control boards that go out once a year on some of their products run as high as $500. Lots of other and better options out there. So don't be fooled by their claim to a good warranty program.

I feel Turbo Aire units, in general, are a good running unit. A a repair person, there warranty sucks! We were called in to do a repair on a turbo Aire cooler and diagnose it to be a bad compressor. We are an authorized service center. Compressor was sent to the customer and Turbo Aire called in another company to replace it. The owner didn’t want that comment back out working on his stuff, so he called Turbo Aire and rectified the situation. Turbo air called us again and asked us if we would go out and do the compressor. We said we would get it two days later and that was in the beginning of December still no payment from Turbo. Aire. They keep giving us one excuse after another after another. Oh, it was in the junk mail. Oh, it didn’t get processed right whatever. They don’t test there service companies well at all! ... show more
