Showed 3 mugs had been made already on it. But didn't see anything that showed wear. After seeing all the qc stickers I chalked it up to making sure it works. Does a great job and for $59 bucks, I was sold!! No regrets! Also these "free" 10,000 download is a scam! Don't even bother with it. Nothing there but empty files or pictures of cups! It's also linked to someone's Google drive! Don't do it!

After a week of using the press, I noticed my tumblers were coming out faded and ghosting. The machine also felt colder to the touch than my craftexpress press. I went out to buy a laser thermometer and found out this heat-press is junk all along. The temp is set at 375f and the laser reads only 293 f at the center of the attachment. Even when I cranked it up to 410f, the real temp only got up to 323f. But wait, it gets worse… the lcd screen panel completely falls off.

There are no heat resistant gloves, and when you scan the templates you get an error page so I’m confused. As soon as you hit the power button it starts heating and heats while you’re putting in the setting. So it seems the mug goes in first. Instructions are vague.
