After minimal use. Turning on for the first time. The electric board is not functioning properly. I can’t find warranty period. The support line doesn’t have option to fix. Stuck with a damage product. Would not recommend to buy.

the product I bought does not even cool the compressor will not click on and actually work as an ac I had put off installing it as it was the winter time and I did not need it yet. In march I installed it and behold its a brick that doesn't not work amazon customer service is not helping me at all repay the 600 bucks and they tried to send me to the third party seller who tried to send me to the manufacture then they sent me back to the third party seller you can tell this hell loop of customer service is not helping I would really like my 600 bucks back as this item has never worked from the beginning I recommend never buying this item to anyone that's looking at it as this experience has been horrible they still can make it right but I'm leaving this review to help others from this shady business practice. ... show more
