New to laser engraving/cutting but learned to engrave in about 20 minutes, don't get me wrong still a challenge for the computer novice. I downloaded lasergrbl for free like recommended for Windows but it seemed limited, found out lightburn works for windows too, and I prefer that.

I purchased the TTS-55 and loved it, but wanted more power to engrave on metals. The TTS-20 Pro looked very promising (and still does); however the laser didn't work. I could see the laser was a very dim blue light, unlike my TTS-55 which is extremely bright when it's burning. I even tried it on toilet paper and it still wouldn't burn anything. The item arrived as described (95% assembled), but the wiring harness was miss routed and ALL of the connectors were glued together. I sent three emails to the manufacture requesting help, and three more messages using their web site requesting "Tech Support". Their documentation stated I only had 7 days to request help to get a free replacement parts and free shipping and handling. After 7 days, I had resorted to doing an Amazon Refund (honestly, I wanted exchange, but that wasn't an option.) They finally responded and demanded videos of it not working. I tried but their servers would except the videos. After a while, they sent me a video showing me how to rewire the controller to make the laser work. I dont know about you, but I'm not an electronic engineer and not going to void a warranty. Also, I paid for a working laser. Not something I have to fix to work.     • LASER ISSUE!!!!!
I can commend the company for the packaging. But the issue i am having is with the laser module. After countless hours trouble shooting and numerous videos. The laser will not turn on. I tried customer support for assistance and after 2 hours i still could not get in touch with anyone. I need assistance and trying to resolve this issue.     • Mine was broken
So my laser was defective. I sent numerous emails and no response. I wound up returning through amazon and it took over 3 weeks to get a refund. Was going to order another one as the set up was easy, but after the customer service I decided to buy a different one.

    • Laser OK, Accessories cheap
For the most part, machine works as advertised for the value you spend. The air pump quit after about 5 uses and have had no success going through amazon to get this corrected.

    • A faulty machine that doesn't last
Not long after purchasing the machine, the compressor went out. I contacted supported and they basically told me they would send a replacement motor whenever they could. It has been two weeks since then and I still have no tracking number. Since I am trying to start a business, I made the decision to buy my own compressor for the air assist and it worked great for about a week. Then I noticed the laser had cut out about half way through a cut. Now, the laser burns with about 10% of the power it previously had. It might be cheap, but it's temporary. Only expect about 1-2 months of use out of this machine and don't expect help from the company. ... show more
