The media could not be loaded. Very nice machine. Still learning but thus far I like it. It does cut a bit slow but I'm still learning. Great investment for a starter hobby machine.

the fact that you can’t use this machine without some sort of internet connection is a non starter. the beamo laser has connection troubles every single use. tech support is non existent, i’ve learned more about this machine dealing with its issues, than their entire team of “tech support” ever could. do yourself a favor and save more money up for a better machine. the laser head is finicky as well, when you tighten down the head after setting your zero, make sure that it is level, as it will tighten down and off center which will just sent the laser into the laser head instead of your material. it will not cut through acrylic with what i’d call efficient. it takes this laser over 16 hours to fully cut through 1/16” acrylic.
