    • Heavy and not for everyone to assemble
Great looking quality, strong looking frame. Weighs a ton! I haven't had a chance to ride it yet, so my rating is currently based on ease of assembly, or lack there of. Hard to get past step 2 in the assembly video because of how parts are fixed and shipped. Not enough room to get the Allen key into the screw to adjust the handle bar attachment. In which there's no screw to do so like the model in the video. Because they packed it that way instead of packing it either loosely or open to adjusting. At the heavy weight of the bike, flipping it over to try another approach is a feat within itself. So if I ever figure out how to do this, I'll give another rating if/when I ever get to ride it. I'm so turned off by my experience, that I just want to return it. Piss poor design or factory packing choice. A waste of my money and time, when I could've chosen a smarter brand. ... show more

    • Be careful ordering replacement parts or accessories
The bike is great, but be very careful ordering anything from TT Ebike! I had a good experience with them in the past, but recently purchased a new light kit with a turn signal. When it arrived in the mail, it was not what I ordered and they do not want to correct the issue. I ordered what I thought was an upgrade, the selector switch has the horn, the dual wheel button, and it was supposed to have turn signals. They sent me the exact switch and tail light I already have, no headlight was included, and I can't even find a record of the purchase on their website. When I contacted them about it, they said that's because we send you the parts for your bike. I explained that that's not what I wanted, not what I ordered, and not what I needed! I haven't got a response back, so I paid $32.39 for spare parts I don't need. Not cool! ... show more

This bike is a BEAST. 5K power, dual motors, 5 electric gears, 7 pedal gears, full suspension, disc brakes, the works. The dual motors took a bit to get used to but once you get dialed into them, they are awesome! I have been riding it for a couple of months now. I am on the coast and this bike not only can fly on hard sand I can totally ride the dunes. They are hard to walk on and I zip up over and around them with velocity. So sweet! Use one motor for economy click into two for power. Climb ridiculous hills and eat up trails. This bike does it all. If you are looking for a bike that will take you places very few can follow, this is the one you want. ... show more
