This scooter was so easy to assemble that it only took us about 15 minutes to get the handlebars and basket installed and ready to go right away. For a scooter designed for everyday shopping and city riding, it performs quite well. The comfortable seat and plenty of foot space make riding a pleasure. What's more, it comes with a practical basket that's perfect for trips to the market or grocery store. Compared to other scooters we've used, this scooter not only feels safer, but also accelerates wonderfully, easily keeping up with the bikes we usually ride. The battery life was an even bigger surprise. We thought we would need to charge it frequently, but it can actually be recharged multiple times after completing our daily shopping. Great motorized scooter. Was well packaged and easy to assemble. All tools needed were included (except you need an edge cutter or scissors to cut the straps that are used during shipping). Scooter reached 18.5MPH on level ground (I weigh 180 lbs) and accelerated quickly. My three teenage sons tried it and commented on the comfortable seat, even over bumps. My oldest son is 6’ and had no problem fitting on this scooter. My wife is impressed with the amount of storage in the two baskets which makes this scooter ideal for trips to the local store. We live across the street from a city park and it is the perfect choice for the paved trails. The only downside to the scooter is charging is that the charger it comes with isn't very robust so it doesn't charge very fast. It would be nice to see them make an optional fast charger so I could recharge it in one hour instead of several hours. But on the bright side, charging slowly is safer and better for the longevity of the lithium-ion battery pack. Definitely recommend this one! ... show more
