I looked for many scooters and after many comparisons, I finally chose the electric scooter with seat of this company. This scooter was so easy to assemble that it only took us about 15 minutes to get the handlebars and basket installed and ready to go right away. For a scooter designed for everyday shopping and city riding, it performs quite well. The comfortable seat and plenty of foot space make riding a pleasure. What's more, it comes with a practical basket that's perfect for trips to the market or grocery store. Compared to other scooters we've used, this scooter not only feels safer, but also accelerates wonderfully, easily keeping up with the bikes we usually ride. The battery life was an even bigger surprise. We thought we would need to charge it frequently, but it can actually be recharged multiple times after completing our daily shopping. This scooter aslo can also fold it easily and place it at home, or put it in the trunk when traveling. It's very useful and I'm already in love with this practical scooter.

Great motorized scooter. Was well packaged and easy to assemble. All tools needed were included (except you need an edge cutter or scissors to cut the straps that are used during shipping). Scooter reached 18.5MPH on level ground (I weigh 180 lbs) and accelerated quickly. My three teenage sons tried it and commented on the comfortable seat, even over bumps. My oldest son is 6’ and had no problem fitting on this scooter. My wife is impressed with the amount of storage in the two baskets which makes this scooter ideal for trips to the local store. We live across the street from a city park and it is the perfect choice for the paved trails. The only downside to the scooter is charging is that the charger it comes with isn't very robust so it doesn't charge very fast. It would be nice to see them make an optional fast charger so I could recharge it in one hour instead of several hours. But on the bright side, charging slowly is safer and better for the longevity of the lithium-ion battery pack. Definitely recommend this one!

Commuting in the city where I live has always been a big problem. Spending a lot of time on crowded public transportation and congested roads every day. I happened to see my friend using an electric scooter and finally decided to give this TST electric scooter a try. Now it has changed my daily life and is the best investment for my daily commute. Here is my experience so far: I was very impressed when it first arrived, the frame is sturdy and durable, the deck is spacious enough, there is a bright headlight, an adjustable seat and a removable basket. The scooter was very well packaged and all parts were intact. After unpacking, the installation process was very simple. It took me only ten minutes to install it. I just needed to install the handlebars to the pole and it was done without any pressure even for me who is not good at manual work. The instructions were also detailed and easy to understand. The first ride was simply amazing! The scooter started smoothly, the scooter had a good speed that met my needs, and the acceleration was very smooth. The body was also very stable, and there was no shaking at all. The brake system was very sensitive and allowed me to control the speed easily even in crowded streets. The speed of climbing hills will be slightly slower, but it is also within an acceptable range. My friend told me that these are not just problems with this scooter, but basically all scooters have this problem. The battery life exceeded my expectations. I commute about 3 miles every day, and it can be used for 3-4 days after a full charge. The battery power display is also very accurate, and there is no need to worry about running out of power suddenly. The charging time is about 4 hours, which is very convenient. Plug it in at night and charge it overnight to ensure that it is ready for use the next morning. It is different from ordinary scooters because it comes with a practical basket. This is a thoughtful design! I often use it to carry my backpack, sundries and even grocery shopping. Although the basket is not big, it is sturdy enough and does not affect the balance of the scooter. It is very convenient whether it is going to the supermarket for shopping or carrying some daily items. Overall, this electric scooter is a recommended urban commuting tool. It helps me save time and reduce traffic stress, and it also brings a lot of fun. If you have a pet, they may like to ride with you-I sometimes take my puppy on short trips and he loves it! I bought this bike on 2/11/25 and by 6/4/25, it wouldn't turn on after an entire night of charging. I live in Brooklyn, NY, so its been on nothing but sidewalks; no excessive wear or usage either so this is a quality issue. I tried contacting the manufacturer but due to a full mailbox and invalid email, they cant be reached. I then contacted Amazon, who also tried to contact the manufacturer; same thing. I now have a $350 bike that can't be used and there's no solution besides getting help from a neighborhood repair shop. Never again!
