I bought this electric scooter for my teenage boy. The most important thing to me is the safety. First of all, the maximum speed is about 20 MPH, which seems within the safe range, can stop abruptly for emergency, and doesn’t let my son feel too slow when riding it. It is quite stable, and has no problem if the road is a bit rocky or grassy. The light is automatic, and very bright at night. The battery life seems good, too. Not much assembly at all when I opened the box. Pretty happy with the product so far.

This product does not connect to the mobile app like it says it does. The QR codes are outdated and it looks like this is an old product that was simply bought out by different companies. In addition, right out of the box, it was making a terrible noise as if something was scraping every time the wheel turned. Completely charged it, used it to roll up and down the hallway of my building 3 times and it lost a tick of battery that quickly. Need to return this ASAP, but they did get me for the $30 shipping. I’d look elsewhere, unless this is for a child; even then, I’m sure there are better options.

I bought it for commuting to get off work. My work is about a mile from where I live, so I wanted something cheap and good to use. First of all, I weigh about 200 pounds. The scooter is well made. It can reach up to 19 mph on a full charge. I usually ride it at 11-12 mph. To increase the speed, just press the throttle and the speed will continue to increase. In my personal experience, when the power is low, it sacrifices some speed to not drain the battery. The speed will be a little slower than when it is fully charged, but I am ok with it for now. It has a built-in front light, which works well. The braking system is generally good. The only thing to keep in mind is that the weight may also affect this. I'm using as primary transportation, to the train etc. Not allowed on busses here tho. I like the comfort of the platform but im 4"11 now so the handlebars are taller than I like. However not the makers fault, my mistake i use to be 5"1 & suggested height is 5"1-6"1. I still like to believe I'm taller. I much prefer a twist handle excelerator rather than thumb button excelerater. My fault again didn't look close enough at photos. When looked up tire material it said solid so just took four granted both tires were solid. Easy fix I'll buy a solid front tire and have it replaced. Bc flat tires really suck bad. The pull brake Is awkward but I can get use to that. When u unlock to fold bar down it slides into place and too easily slides out of the holder. It should lock into the down position to make it safer to carry. Performs very well. Trying to get use to the features. And how to get all the buttons to work.

We have had the scooter for a few week and it has been working great for us! It is intuitive and easy to operate and it has made commuting better for us. Lightweight with a battery life that last over an hour, it is perfect for commuting. You just have to plug it in to charge.

The media could not be loaded. The scooter itself looks good and it works fine (i will update about battery life) but app wont work. Also its making a horrible sound after 3 weeks i will contact the seller and return the item and request a new one.
