As a lady, It’s still very easy for me to fold and carry it on and off from the bus, it only take me about 10 seconds to finish all. Overall, it’s very stable when riding on smooth roads, the acceleration is pretty easy to control. I have used it for over a month now, battery is great. I'm using as primary transportation, to the train etc. Not allowed on busses here tho. I like the comfort of the platform but im 4"11 now so the handlebars are taller than I like. However not the makers fault, my mistake i use to be 5"1 & suggested height is 5"1-6"1. I still like to believe I'm taller. I much prefer a twist handle excelerator rather than thumb button excelerater. My fault again didn't look close enough at photos. When looked up tire material it said solid so just took four granted both tires were solid. Easy fix I'll buy a solid front tire and have it replaced. Bc flat tires really suck bad. The pull brake Is awkward but I can get use to that. When u unlock to fold bar down it slides into place and too easily slides out of the holder. It should lock into the down position to make it safer to carry. Performs very well. Trying to get use to the features. And how to get all the buttons to work. ... show more

I called the company and asked how to go about buying a new handle and after a little communication back and forth they let me know they were going to just send out a new one for me.
