Fantastic e-bike! Watch some YouTube videos for assembly but it's pretty simple except for the seat which should be installed with bike upside down. The six nuts are difficult to screw on because the bolts are too close to the frame to get a wrench or nut driver on. Leave all the nuts loose and move the seat until your nut driver or socket will fit over the nuts to tighten. Also, the really nice seat was too low for me and I'm only 5' 10". My knees came up too high while peddling so I added six aluminum spacers between the frame and seat and now it's very comfortable. The seat is not adjustable unfortunately. Anyway the throttle alone can run the bike at 28 mph alone without peddling which I love. I biked about 20 miles yesterday and the battery finally went from 4 bars to 3 bars so I don't know how far you can go using up the battery yet but it looks pretty good. The bike is very comfortable and lower to the ground than our previous Aventon e-bikes so it's much easier when you come to a stop or take off. The motor has a lot of torque and will pop up the front wheel from a dead stop if you hit the throttle too quickly. It's much easier to get the bike on a bike rack on the vehicle hitch. The price is great for what you get.

Excellent E-Bike I’m extremely impressed with this e-bike! It arrived well packaged, was easy to assemble, and has been a lot of fun to ride. The bike feels solid and well built, and the electric assist provides plenty of power when you need it. The battery life has also been great for my rides. I especially like how smooth and comfortable the ride is. The controls are easy to use, and the overall quality is much better than I expected for the price. Customer Service has been GREAT!! **Very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality e-bike at a reasonable price!

The bike itself is really good and easy to set up the brakes are good and it’s handles really well but the hex flange nuts are definitely a concern I shouldn’t put them on for my front the wheel then have to stop every often check that they haven’t gone loose and fallen off the front wheel. Fix that and the bike is perfect

I use this bike for my commute and errands. Sturdy, yet light enough to carry upstairs. I love how it looks like a motorcycle but is an ebike. It’s easy to ride, and not too bulky. I got this bike at a great price, and after 3 months I’m so glad I decided to get this bike. Assembly can be done yourself, but a bike shop would be able to tune everything for you.

Great e-bike for the price. My son was hounding me for one. Since a couple of his friends already have the bike he knew what he wanted and was super happy with it. It was super easy to put together. I took it out for a ride around the block. It is super fast without even jailbraking it, lol. I'm sure my son will be have a lot of fun riding with his friends.

Ton of fun! Bought 2 for wife and me. I think the difference between these and more expensive bikes is fit and quality. Love these but be advised you’ll need to be handy enough to adjust brakes etc. Overall these are great value for the money. Unlocked top speed is 27-28mph. Only have 36 total limes on them. Minor adjustments needed, brakes squeak which is a bit of a pain to fix but for $600 what can I say? Great value for the money and a ton of fun to ride.
