We didn’t use these for sewer connections but other do it yourself projects, each one has worked wonderfully. The connectors are strong and screw tight. They don’t leak and seal in the water with no issues. They are good sizes and most definitely came in handy.

Many locations require hard pipe sewer connection for extended stay. Heavy duty hard rubber like texture of PVC connectors assembles easily with 3" sch. 40 PVC pipe to create customizable sections as required by situation.. What I like is that Flexible connectors allows a little wiggle room when setting up new installation or adjustability returning to previous location. Assembly instructions indicate Stainless Steel 300 series quality hose clamps should be torqued to 60 inch lbs.. Drain pitch is adjusted by using varying lengths of sch. 40 connected to bottom of provided pipe stands. Need two 90° elbows for complete kit install in my situation, can use current glued hard pipe sections with this flexible connection kit pieces. I'll be adding another 3" Quick 90° elbow & 3"x7.75" strait flexible pipe coupling to expand the versatility. Found additional connectors sold under the Fernco brand name on via Amazon, Lowe's, & Home Depot.. Current $97 Kit price a bit high compared to local hardware store when priced piece by piece Imo. ... show more

Little leakage from the 4"to3" fitting. 90 degree elbow very tight to slide 3" pipe into. Need some lube. Other then that good setup like the pipe stands

    • It might seem silly to be so happy over a sewage drainage system, but this is a great set up!

This is a great septic set up. I use it to drain directly into a septic tank and have had no problems with it so far. At all. If bought individually, these plumbing pipe connectors would cost significantly more than the kit price. There is quite a bit of value for the money spent. A good deal of thought went into the design of this highly functional kit. I did not have any issues with leakage, but my system is, for the most part, stationary. It was easy to set up, great installation instructions, the fittings were snug, and somewhat adjustable with the ring clamps being able to tighten things down. The only problem I have experienced so far is creating a steady downhill drainage with no low lying areas. I highly recommend this for RV living or for a tiny home. This kit is everything I'd hoped it would be! It came packaged in a very convenient storage tote, so I'll never have to hunt for pieces in my under storage, and each piece is well made and serves a purpose. I'm not using all of them yet because I'm running a traditional wastewater hose and PVC piping hybrid system, but at some point I'll get everything switched to straight PVC. Until then I'm using the tank outlet flange adapter and boot, and the 90° ground pipe connection as well as the lifts. The pieces that I'm currently using we're easy to install and fit perfectly. As for the cost, I've purchased individual pieces in the past that were all included in this kit and I've paid way more, so it's a great value, even if you're not using every piece. The ones I'm currently using would add up to over $100 purchased separately and I still have an unused elbow, connector and cap left in the tote. ... show more

This is everything you need except for the 3” pvc to hook up an RV or tiny house to a sewer drain. This system will last much longer than a conventional RV sewer hose.
