I've had my eye on it since June and ended up buying it on prime day for an even better price. After I received it, I had a few hiccups with the installation process, but luckily customer service responded promptly and helped me with those minor issues!

Assembly was very frustrating, did not detail the assembly. Once I finally finished the front tire and brake pad is off. I’ll have to spend more money taking it to an e-bike shop to fix it. Very frustrating

Bike is okay. It does the job for the price point. It's a lot of assembling much like ikea style. A lot of parts like the fender should've already come tightened but didn't, and the instructions are a lot of info it's easy to miss, which is a safety issue. The front brakes and wheel alignment is difficult to adjust and often squeaks from rubbing against. The ride itself is not the most steady but overall it's a decent starter. If you can afford a higher quality bike, I would suggest so. But solid for the price point. If you want higher speeds. Need to check settings. Customer service is responsive but limited bike knowledge
