AFTER WATCHING A TON OF REVIEWS ON YOUTUBE, I WAS SO SKEPTICAL TO EITHER BUY IT FROM THE WEBSITE OR THROUGH AMAZON, BUT WOW, WAS I NOT DISAPPOINTED THE ONLY DIFFERENCE I DID NOTICE BETWEEN THE REVIEWS OF PEOPLE WHO DID GET IT ON THE WEBSITE AND AMAZON IS THE INITIAL BOX DOESN’T SAY TST ON IT AND SOMETIMES THE PACKAGING IS A BIT DIFFERENT. (for example: the seat didn’t come with screws initially on it so I had to use some of the spare screws to screw the seat on) but I ended up getting my seat/pegs and another box that came separately so if you do order the bike with another accessory item don’t expect it to come in the same bike as the box. Assembly wasn’t bad with the tools they provide you with, which is really cool, if you have tools on your own, expect the bill to be super fast. Great value for your money super dope appearance battery life has been pretty good. Has only died on me twice.

We looked around for over a month for Electric Bike everywhere than we found this Bike no shipping costs for the best of the best he adores it easy to build and boy goes this TST Electric Bike blows the others away does all the advertising it does had it for 5 days to work 6 miles and back no gas charges in short time we love it and the excerise is great

I bought this for my 14 year son who has been killing me daily demanding an ebike. The summer is on and he is about to go to high-school so I thought why not give him training building and maintaining a machine. The bike arrived 2 days after the order and took us some time and more professional tools to put it together. My son worked on it and now understands the basics about brakes, throttles, wiring and other machenical and electrical things. He has also decorated it to his liking. So far everything is working. The thumb throttle has been sticking a bit and the company has sent one. The front brakes needed a slight adjustment. So far pure fun, no problems. Hope it stays as is!

I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS A COMPANY AND A PRODUCT THAT IS SO USELESS AND A RIPOFF....SHAME ON YOU....Purchased this Bike based on the Amazon reviews. Paid a fortune to a handyman to have it assembled. Right from the beginning, the Throttle did no work and the only way to ride the bike was to manually pedal. Called the company's two phone numbers...got an answering machine BUT IT WOULD NOT TAKE A MESSAGE BECAUSE THE MESSAGES WERE FULL. Sent them and e mail...got an answer that they were forwarding my complaint to customer assistance department. NO ANSWER. Sent them many more e mails, NO ANSWER. Finally called Amazon for help..they replied that I have to send the Bike back at MY EXPENSE...I refused ...complained to Amazon again, they finally send me a prepaid Fed Ex label. Had to PAY TO HAVE THE BIKE DISASSEMBLED and pack it... and finally, Fed Ex picked it up and Amazon gave me a full refund. Bottom line...these people just dont care, they have so much business that they dont have time to help their customers. If they had called me, we could have worked out the battery problem or they could have send me a part to have the Bike working again. Finally, all these Bikes are made in China and their quality is not exactly is not the best. AMAZON should Ban this company as they are selling an inferior product that is costing their customers time and money.

Alright, here is my review. If you want something that is affordable, something that is a starter bike, this would be a good option. However, here are some things that you should consider before making that decision. 1. The bike is 90% assembled and can be done with one person, but obviously another pair wouldn't hurt. 2. The battery life is ok but not wonderful. You can get 30 miles easily on a single charge during the day with full PAS. If you use the light the battery will drain extremely fast! It's crazy how fast it drains. I'm looking at removing this light and using a different option. Not very impressive and kills the night ride vibe. 3. The seat can get quite uncomfortable when peddling or sitting for long periods of time. 4. There is turn signals in the rear only. 5. There is NO horn! 6. If you get the pegs, know they may get in the way of your peddling if you or your passenger have big feet. 7. You can get the advertised top speed of 28 MPH by downloading the app. Scan the QR code on the manual. The app really serves no purpose other than to unlock CLASS 3. It would be nice if the app was actually functional, but nope. 8. The tubes SUCK! Get yourself either self-sealing tubes or solid tires. 9. Brakes - The brakes are mechanical brakes which do not have the best stopping action from the top speed of 28MPH. 10. For my experience, riding time on a full charge is about 2 hours at best with my 9-year old on the back. Video coming soon.

Awesome Bike very well built has an issue with front tire being out of round but customer service took care of that other than that bike is very sturdy tire is fixed and my son loves it! Customer service very responsive and helpful would buy from again!

The bike came packaged very nicely and was very easy to put together with clear instructions on how to do so and even came with a video that was helpful as well. I highly recommend this bike if looking for the best value for your money.
