We love playing with this in the pool. There's lots of physics going on that can be taught to interested kiddos. We tested it with a real watermelon and it has exactly the same buoyancy. Kudos to the engineer and product manager.

Christmas in Florida got a whole lot cooler thanks to the Watermelon Ball! My 5 and 6-year-old grandchildren absolutely loved this pool toy during our vacation trip. Fun for all: Forget your average beach ball! The watermelon design was a hit, adding a unique twist to their usual pool games. They spent hours playing catch, racing, and inventing their own wacky water adventures with it.
