Front brake a bit sticky which locks down the motor, have to make sure brakes are fully disengaged. Otherwise works fantastic. Daily commutes go well. Works well for a bigger dude with no cargo. Pedaling is a bit difficult due to leg length (5" 9 tall) but I didn't get it to manually pedal. Plenty of charge for 3 mile commute 6 days a week throttle only. Have had a flat since running over stickers, but there was only 1 actual hole after like 10 of them hit the wheel so I'd say par for the course for tire + tube thickness. Get some slime and prefill the tubes or buy pre slimed tubes to save that headache. ... show more

This is a very comfortable riding bike. It has plenty of power for acceleration and climbing hills. It can handle moderate trail riding which is impressive for a moped design. The hydraulic brakes work well and they are a bonus at this price point. The long saddle is usable for a passenger which is also great for the price. I have put 300+ miles on it over all kinds of terrain and haven't experienced any mechanical issues. ... show more

I've had this bike a little over two weeks at this point. Overall, I enjoy the bike and highly recommend. A few minor pre-assembly errors out of the box that my husband was able to correct. The brake line was routed incorrectly and still needs to be fixed but doesn't effect the bikes performance. More of a visual annoyance. All that aside, I still give the bike 5 stars. I've made a couple of small modifications for my personal comfort and I Love it. ... show more

There was a screw hole on the frame with no threads, so the screw couldn't be installed. The seller initially told the buyer to find a repair shop to fix it, then promised to send a replacement frame. Ultimately, there was no follow-up.

TST R7 , This is our first ebike of any kind and we worked it good. Two adults (300 lbs total) and pulling a trailer on the beach. The bike comes set on level 2 20mph max out of the box which can be changed to level 3 with an app (very simple) got 29mph with one person 23mph with two on level 3. Motor has enough torque to get started in soft sand without pedal assistance , balancing and steering in soft sand is another issue as there is very little weight on front wheel with 2 up , but with a few soft crashes/tip overs we got it somewhat down. Ours had some shipping damage a few scrapes/scratches and there was manufacturing weld defect (not straight where the seat bracket attaches to main frame causing the seat to be crooked). TST offered a refund and return shipping which we accepted. The bike has great brakes , shifts fine , the motor is 750 watt not 1500 which was enough for our needs , ran 4.5 miles 2 up non stop in sand and it was barely warm to the touch. Range on electric only was 11 miles 2 up , 7 miles 2 up pulling trailer with 50# in it , this was on a mixture of soft and hard sand. the front suspension is a little soft with 2 people a few times it bottomed out with a hard clack not sure if its adjustable like the back is.The tires seem very puncture resistant cannot count the amount of broken shells we rode over that just stabbed the crap out of them without issue. Overall Like the bike , ordered 2 more will do review when they come in (hopefully undamaged this time). ... show more
