I researched a lot of these E bikes and this one had an amazing price for what it all has like. It is all Terrain you could jump it. You could do wheelies on it. It’s very powerful machine. I was very impressed especially about the price good Lord all the other ones are in the thousands, I got two of them, I got a black one, and a yellow one, their seats are very comfortable and they even have blinkers lol, and the customer service was so helpful to unlock the speed control on it. It was so easy now it goes full throttle 28 miles an hour so if you’re looking for good company to buy an E bike, I would highly recommend this company.

Two-hour assembly for me. Not really a lot of videos for this exact model but I used videos and when I had extra pieces, I looked in the instruction manual. First ride top speed without unlocking it was 22 mph. I'm 6 foot 4 and 240 so that's very good. Don't really see a need to unlock to 28 because I'm not a fan of falling and sliding on hard surfaces. Picked my son up from school and he fit. Said it hurt his nugs but he's 11 and doesn't know to move em before you sit on em. Definitely a good bike. Mine will probably last longer because I don't plan on doing any off road.

Assembly problems. All the bolts are coated with Nyloc or Locktight. All the bolts are in a bag except 1, the front fender. This bolt was screwed so tight that it could not be removed. Plus the locktight held it in place a little more tighter. So Im not sure how to fix it but Im trying a couple things. Assembly takes a couple hrs and Im very mechanical so if it took me 2hrs it would take a weekend warrior 3hrs. I have 1hr invested in the fender screw problem already. Amazon was great customer service. However, TST was terrible. Unapologetic and refuse to compensate me for my time and bikeshop time. They think the customer is disposable. They don’t care about repeat business or American consumers. I would buy another brand and from another dealer. TST is out for the quick buck with poor quality and ever poorer customer support.

Bought for roommate. He had an e bike that used regular bike tires and spokes. But this is like a dirt bike that is electric. He goes to work every day with it. And the lights/blinker means the police won't bother him at night. This bike is a total upgrade from his old ebike. More comfy, better bells and whistles. No more working on bent spokes. I highly recommend. Its extremely heavy duty. (Its also extremely heavy which is something that could be a problem for some). It also got here 3 days earlier than it was supposed to.

Bot the worst bike we have ridden. However it does not perform as advertised. Lucky to roll 20 MPH on flat terrain. Assembly is easy but instructions are not clear. Overall not a bad price for value!
