This e-bike by TST turned out to be am awesome e-bike for my son's daily use and to go to school. The e-bike is fast and smooth and the overall ride experience is top notch. The assembly was easy because and the instructions and video were very helpful and easy to follow. My son's new e-bike looks great and has a very solid feel to it! The Customer service has been outstanding and overall very professional! We had a couple of inquiries about the throttle and the battery pack and they responded immediately (within 24 hours) and resolved all our questions/problems. I strongly recommend this e-bike by TSS to anyone is looking for a great solid, reliable, well built and fast e-bike with a great Customer Service support.

Bike is a good value for the $. Sturdy construction and looks good. A bit on the heavy side; weighs almost 100lbs. Seat is very comfortable and controls are simple and easily operated. Brakes are adequate. Customer support was top notch. I liked the black one so much, I bought the yellow one too. I didn’t give 5 stars because it should have included a horn and a tire pump; otherwise this thing is FUN to ride! I get about 40 miles to a battery in pedal assist mode 3 on very hilly roads in real world conditions. I’m 6.1 and 175lbs. 100% satisfied with this product and the brand.

I only had the bike for a short time, but so far I'm really happy with it. Putting it together was pretty easy, i did it myself and it didnt take too long. Once I got it out on the road it exceeded my expectations. The battery has been solid, the suspension makes for a comfortable ride, and the handling feels smooth and stable. The seat could be a little softer but I like it firm. Overall, it just feels like a quality bike. The only frustrating part was the shipping. FedEx delayed my delivery several times, but I don't blame TST for that. They stayed in touch with me the whole time, answered my questions, apologized for the delays, and made an effort to make things right. If you're on the fence about buying one, I'd definitely recommend it. So far, I'm glad I chose this bike. Signed ammar

Tires are horrible with this bike!! I have had the tube replaced 2 times since the purchase and they are popped again. The quality of the tubes/tires are awful. Other than that, it is a nice bike. I have a friend who purchased the same ebike and he had to replace the tires as well.

Bike started out great. My son got this to ride around our small town. After the first week any of the bolts fell out of the fender covers (this portion came pre assembled from the factory). We contacted the seller and they sent us replacement bolts. Thought everything we good, but those bolts did not stay either. Ended up having to go buy something that fit at Menards. Fast forward to today. When the brakes quit working. The plastic brake line connectors cracked where the brake line connects to the hand brakes. While the bike was a decent price I am not sure that I would recommend the bike. I am currently waiting a response from the seller in hopes they will make it right as it has a warranty.
