Ordered the R9 ultra on April 6th, the bike arrived via fedex on April 9th. I was a little concerned by the previous reviews, but I couldn't resist the deal. It was around 30% cheaper than advertised on the official TST website. Everything was in the box as advertised. No damage. The assembly took me around an hour. Batteries came fully charged. The bike itself is not a normal ebike. It has alot of power, and the geometry of the bike and sitting position makes it want to lift the front tire if you smash the throttle. Would recommend, Very happy with my purchase.

Assembly is easy enough and tools are included. The instructions were clear. I had an issue with the controller but the seller replaced it and it works great. It’s heavy but sturdy, so if you have to brake going uphill I recommend walking it to the top lol. Absolutely recommend for anyone looking into an e-bike.

I wasted 2 hours assembling this TST R9 E-Bike and it does not turn-on. Apparently it's a lemon. Don't waste your time trying to assemble this bike because chances are it will not work. Now I have to take it apart and send it back. What a waste of time!

I love my bike! I have taken a star away dur to some parts seem to have been tinkered with prior to me getting the bike. I'm not sure if the bike was assembled & then disassembled prior to being shipped, or what but some of the parts make it look this way. The directions are horrible. Pictures don't match. From what I read prior to buying, other people said it takes about 6 hours to put together. My husband is pretty handy, but it still took both of us about four. If we had not had to disassemble and reassemble multiple times due to incorrect instructions it would have taken only about 2 hours. Overall, I just didn't want to deal with a return, so I decided to keep the bike and our family loves it. We have 4 children (6, 4, 2, 4 months) and while all three of my bugs CAN fit on the back, they're definitely squashed. It's best for only 2 of them. Because the bike is so long it definitely takes some getting used to when you have weight in the back. If it's just you riding, it's just like a normal bicycle only a lot faster. It has incredible torque and power. Overall, compared to the lectric cargo ebike, I think it was a really great value and savings. The bike is comfortable and it's simple to use. I have not used it on any long trips yet so I'm not sure if the distance matches up to it's supposed to 60 mile range, but we use it daily for about 5 miles and I haven't charged it more than a couple times yet.
