Good EBike. Bought it for my 12 year old and he sits perfect on it (he does have long legs) Hard build. It says 90% together and that’s a lie. Could just be me but some of directions took me about 30 minutes to figure out what it means. Oh, and I put the tire on backwards so the front brake didn’t work, fixed that haha. I bought another brand that was much easier to assemble and was actually 90% together. The seat is comfy and also is large enough for the hubby (5’10 200lbs). After a close Christmas divorce, the bike is together and it rides well.

On flat terrain, cruising at 20–25 mph feels stable and efficient. The battery lasts around 40–60 miles on a single charge depending on terrain and assist level. Charging takes about 4–5 hours, which is good for daily use. The removable design is convenient—you can charge it indoors. The frame feels solid and well-balanced, with quality components. The upright riding position reduces strain on the back and shoulders. A wide saddle and ergonomic grips add to the comfort. This bike is a serious safety hazard. It failed to stop properly, which caused a severe injury to my child. As a result of the malfunction, my son required 16 stitches. This was not user error — the bike did not function as it should. What makes this even worse is the seller’s response. The seller has been completely unhelpful and refuses to take responsibility for a product that caused a serious injury. Instead of addressing the safety issue, they continue to push the burden back onto the customer. This is not just an inconvenience — this is a dangerous product that should not be sold, especially to families. A bike that cannot stop correctly puts lives at risk. I would strongly warn parents and buyers to avoid this product. No one should experience what our family has gone through because of a defective bike and an unresponsive seller.

We purchased a TST Electric Bike for our 11 yr old grandson. He loves the bike and is the envy of the neighborhood with it!! The Bike was delivered well before the original ETA. When we first unboxed the bike, we found the display screen was broken. Fully functional but broken. We contacted the vendor customer support, explained and verified the situation, and a replacement display arrived quickly, without question! 👍🏻 We find the bike is as advertised, the vendor and and customer support excellent, and fully recommend!!
