Good value at the price point that I paid. A sturdily built product. Assembly wasn't hard if you are mechanically inclined. The instructions may not be understandable to some yet not hard to follow. The battery pack was charged and all of the electrical connections were in tact. It winter here in Michigan, so my son hasn't taken it out yet.

This bike is a serious safety hazard. It failed to stop properly, which caused a severe injury to my child. As a result of the malfunction, my son required 16 stitches. This was not user error — the bike did not function as it should. What makes this even worse is the seller’s response. The seller has been completely unhelpful and refuses to take responsibility for a product that caused a serious injury. Instead of addressing the safety issue, they continue to push the burden back onto the customer. This is not just an inconvenience — this is a dangerous product that should not be sold, especially to families. A bike that cannot stop correctly puts lives at risk. I would strongly warn parents and buyers to avoid this product. No one should experience what our family has gone through because of a defective bike and an unresponsive seller.

I’m 6’3” 275 lbs. I bought this emoped for my son last month. For the last 30 days I’ve road it and made him ride his two year old and slower smaller ebike. I LOVE THIS THANG! I’m old big and beat up so it’s not something I plan to pedal much but with bigger battery 48v25ah battery you get 60 miles pure throttle and 110 pedal assist. The 450 pound weight limit means you can ride your wife around without destroying the thing or I can ride it hard without worrying about it breaking. The seat is super comfortable and big enough for two adults if you get the extension you’ll have even more room. It comes to you going 20 miles an hour and you can unlock it to where it goes 28 to 29 miles an hour. Thats about as fast as you can go without wrecking and getting hurt bad. I have done something stupid and put it on side the bike was fine I just had a bunch of scratches. I also liked that the bike was only 70 some pounds where other ebikes I was looking at for my son were well over 100lbs and I believe bikes that heavy would likely cause more body damage when wrecked. We are kind of entry-level people and I think this is a good entry-level ebike there are bigger ones that are more expensive and go faster but this is so much fun. I just bought a second one just for me last night. I have told all my family and friends this thing is so much fun. Night rides on paved sidewalks through local forests are so fun and we spent hours driving up and down our neighborhood looking at Christmas lights one night. Buy this now Or you will regret it the rest of your life
