The speed is adjustable, so we feel confident about safety while still allowing some fun as they get more comfortable. Easy assembly and easy to charge. Assembly was quick and straightforward, with clear instructions. The height is also just right, making it a good fit for a growing teenager. Since , April 3, I have not had no problems at all. I’ve been loving this bike and having so much fun . AFTER WATCHING A TON OF REVIEWS ON YOUTUBE, I WAS SO SKEPTICAL TO EITHER BUY IT FROM THE WEBSITE OR THROUGH AMAZON, BUT WOW, WAS I NOT DISAPPOINTED THE ONLY DIFFERENCE I DID NOTICE BETWEEN THE REVIEWS OF PEOPLE WHO DID GET IT ON THE WEBSITE AND AMAZON IS THE INITIAL BOX DOESN’T SAY TST ON IT AND SOMETIMES THE PACKAGING IS A BIT DIFFERENT. (for example: the seat didn’t come with screws initially on it so I had to use some of the spare screws to screw the seat on) but I ended up getting my seat/pegs and another box that came separately so if you do order the bike with another accessory item don’t expect it to come in the same bike as the box. Assembly wasn’t bad with the tools they provide you with, which is really cool, if you have tools on your own, expect the bill to be super fast. Great value for your money super dope appearance battery life has been pretty good. Has only died on me twice.

This bike is great! I love it for getting around town, no registration or license needed. It's got a nice easy to use interface and a really smooth throttle. The front and rear shocks are nice at this price point. I love the knobby tires for off roading, it handles trails like a beast. Had some shipping issues but support got it fixed in a week. Great bike.

Over all the bike is decent but the company TST is a JOKE! Customer service is there but useless unless you have a warranty issue. Bike is only a month old and the brake became extremely soft, getting warn down I get it. So I adjusted the cable to tighten the brakes. But I know I'll need to replace the pads. So now we hunt, I emailed support and the only respond with the size of pads, called support and wanted me to submit a warranty on the brake system. Just give me the type of pad needed. How hard is that! I have them 1 star because everyone needs to be aware of the support so I'm bring attention to it.

Great value for the price! The bike arrived earlier than expected and was well-packaged. Assembly was straightforward, and the overall build quality feels solid and durable. The motor is powerful, and the ride is smooth and comfortable, even on different terrains. Customer service was also responsive and helpful when I had questions, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, this is an excellent e-bike for the price. The bike itself is well-made and was easy to assemble. It fits my 12-year-old son perfectly—small enough for him to reach the ground on his tiptoes, yet large enough that he can grow into it. It could also comfortably fit an adult. The bike feels like a great balance in terms of weight: light enough for one person to lift, but sturdy enough that it doesn’t feel cheap. Performance-wise, the motor provides plenty of power. The battery is decent, though in colder weather it does drain fairly quickly. One thing to note is that because of the pedal assist system, the bike cannot be pedaled normally when the battery is connected—the pedals won’t move unless the system is engaged. The main reason for my 3-star rating is the accessories package. I paid extra for the bundle that included a phone holder and lock, but they are not as shown in the product photos. The phone holder is just a basic metal mount that attaches to the handlebars and does not include the frame bag shown in the listing. The lock is also different from what was advertised. For the additional cost, this was disappointing, especially since I could have purchased a better phone holder separately for less. Overall, the bike itself is great, but the misleading accessories package was a letdown.

The bike is great! It’s sturdy, fast, and my nephew is enjoying riding it to the park with his friends. It’s well worth it. I had an issue with it from personal use and customer service was beyond helpful. They were very responsive, and most importantly caring. They really wanted us to have the best experience with their product. I’m happy with this purchase and would highly recommend!
