Works great as advertised! Putting it together took a bit but overall was easy to do, instructions were simple and straightforward with pictures. The bike connected to the app so easily and smoothly! Ordered two. One came leaking fluid and the box all damaged. The other was fine until you rode it. The gears are awful the disk was bent had to have someone fix it. Tried to return the unopened leaking one and the carrier wouldn’t take it and the company keeps saying it’s fine. Had to open a claim and Amazon treated me like I’m wrong for the carrier refusing it.     • Just finished assembly, seems good quality but time will tell!

Assembly was pretty straight forward. However, some hardware specified incorrectly. Manual describes removing rear axle capnuts with 19mm wrench, and also the right rear flange nut (to install deraileur guard). However, both nuts are actually 18mm (which is not provided). Almost stripped the nuts... fortunately I had an 18mm wrench with a perfect fit. After only a short ride, it became obvious that speed of bike less than advertised, but I did not buy it to race, so I'm ok with a few mph less than advertised. ... show more

This bike in particular is not what they say it is first I got the bike on time but it was delivered by FedEx and we all know that FedEx is not the greatest company on doing deliveries when my bike was delivered it was broken parts thanks God the seller was awesome and it sent me all the including the motor the screen and the front lights the seller and I had a great communication so I don't problem with the seller I think he's great and understanding person my problem is with the company who made the bike because they knew the bike didn't meet the requirements they said that it goes 32 miles and it can go up to 62 miles range which is not true and they know it the bike only run 19 miles and it just gets 53 miles range so they are lied about the bike it doesn't meet the requirements that they claim to have so I don't recommend this bike at all to be honest this isn't worth 300.00 dollars I took the losses but I will never buy from this company again and I say the company that made this kind of bike again keep in mind this name Neco that's the name of the bike Chinese but I will buy from this seller because he was a really good seller ... show more
