The bikes are perfect for teenagers. We got the ones with the extra battery life and it was worth the extra $100. I bought this bike at a high price expecting quality, and less than one month later the rear brake stopped working. This was clearly a factory issue. When I contacted the seller, the only “solution” I received was that they would send me a replacement brake at some point, with no tracking number, no timeline, and no details. The part arrived about two weeks later, when I had already paid to repair the bike myself in order to use it again. The repair cost me USD 214 (parts + labor), and the seller never took responsibility for that expense even though the issue happened within the warranty period and was a factory defect. On top of that, components like the brakes, throttle and other parts are made out of cheap plastic that do not match the high price of this product. In my experience, I paid a premium for a bike with early defects, poor quality control, and almost no after-sales support. I do not recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. I’m 50 years old, 6’3”, and 275lbs. I’ve always loved biking. Two years ago Santa brought a good little foldable bike from a box store. I was right at its max weight but it was for kids so no biggy, one problem, I loved it. The next one would need to handle my weight EASILY because I’m going to have fun. I spreadsheeted the stuff that met my wants. 1. High weight capacity this is 450lbs 2. Long range 60 throttle, 110 pedal assist 3. I wanted to be able to ride it “anywhere”. Class 2 bikes are treated just like normal bikes here and in most places. I’m sure Karen’s everywhere are hard at work to stop all that fun. 4. Top speed that is thrilling but not likely deadly-this was initially just for my kid. When unlocked 30ish mph is fast enough for me. I’ve already dumped it a couple times doing awesome stuff and much faster could have been bad. The bike did better than my body lol. 5. Bike weight- some that compare closely are 125lbs, 150lbs or more. That seemed like a lot of weight for a 100 boys’s body to handle in a wreck/crash and they will happen. This bike was like 75lbs, that’s like a heavy non electric bike. I had been spreadsheeting Amazon options since summer and my wife pointed out this bike was the only one that made my top three every time. We bought it and it arrived in a week on Nov 25th. My boy rides it all the time. He will ride his buddy’s up to school to playyard. Every time I help him take it out daddy tax required me to fly down the Block and back before letting him ride. For the last 30 days he hops on his littler old ebike, I ride this one, and we have gone looking at Christmas lights for hours in our hood, took forest and lake trails in the dark, and ride further and further from home every time. I have had so much fun with my son over the last 30 days that I decided I already have a mountain bike it’s not electric but if I want to pedal I’ll take that. This is my emoped. I told my wife buy me nothing for Xmas or my bday I just want a TST R002 like my son. Our second TST shows up by Jan 7th!!!!! I wanted to check this out first but I always planned to get a taller mountain ebike I could pedal easily with my tall older body and knees. This is not a pedal bike for a 6’3” man with some wear and tear on his knees. So I got the bigger battery model and said this is just a moped for me 90% of the time. My kid and wife are both under 5’4” and pedal it just fine. I am not a motorcycle guy and I’ve had the same mountain bike for 30 years. I’m no mechanic and it took me less than an hour to put together on my couch while I watched tv. Most important Note- watch a couple videos first. There are a couple great tips that are not obvious if you like to read directions last. This thing is so much fun I’m trying to talk everyone I know into buying one. My siblings and cousins think I’m getting a commission;)

The battery is not holding a charge. I paid for an upgraded battery and it was worthless. I contacted the seller and was told they would get back to me in 24 hours and it was not true. I want the battery replaced or a refund
