The seller is very easy to communicate with. They have installation videos so you can operate step by step without referring to the instructions. Overall, the bike is easy to operate and install. I tried it for a week and rode it to a friend's house in another neighborhood for dinner on the weekend. I have to say that the appearance is better than the picture. Compared with the general-shaped electric bikes, it has a retro feel. The riding comfort is also good and not bumpy. I charged it about twice and rode it for a long time each time. I think the pedal assist can last longer, which is very suitable for my work needs. The speed is also as advertised. I will continue to use this electric bike and plan to take it to the camping site. I hope everything goes well and I will update this experience later. Very satisfied now! !

I did hours of research on an e-bike for my teenager before buying the TST. A lot of his friends have Surrons but I’m not ready for him to have something that powerful (not to mention, police seem to be cracking down on kids under 16 driving them where we live). This is more like a Super73 but a lot less $$. I like that if the battery dies he would be able to pedal home, but we have barely knocked one bar off the battery with several miles of goofing around in the few days he’s had it. It has more than enough power, even in the very hilly area we live. He hasn’t taken it off-road yet, but I don’t doubt it would do great on a dirt trail. My only complaint is the instructions are incredibly limited and we’re still trying to figure out some things, but knowing this is coming from Asia, I won’t knock it a star because I was very well aware of that when I purchased it. If you want to change it to be able to go 28 mph you need to download the app; it is labeled as a Class 2 bike (has a sticker on the frame) but the app change does make it a Class 3. It’s hard to trust any of the reviews on any Amazon bikes because they are almost all purchased or bots based on the vernacular and the names. I legitimately purchase this bike and put it together myself (took a couple of hours, a lot of of that spent getting the brakes adjusted properly which a bike shop probably could’ve done in 10 minutes). I will update if we have any problems with it in the future. So far, feels like I got a solid product for a great price and would recommend.

This is one of the most satisfying choices I've made in recent months! Assembly wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be, and following the video instructions, I had it assembled in thirty minutes, and then it was time for the exciting ride. Obviously, the e-bike did not disappoint, it is powerful and fast with a top speed of 28MPH. The headlight is bright and the rear of the e-bike has turn signals to improve visibility at night, which is very important. Finally, the styling of this electric bike is cool - retro motorcycle style. So far, I've put about 300 miles on the bike without any problems, and overall, this e-bike is perfect for my city commute as well as short trips. Of course, if you want to ride it on the highway or on long trips, this is not a good choice.

Just rode this e-bike, the most surprised part for me is 20*4 fat tires are enough to deal with most scenarios, no matter it is a city commute or excursion tour it can easily deal with. I used for climbing mountains and going to supermarkets. Speaking of riding experience, I like its soft cushion and front and rear triple suspension construction, it's very comfortable to drive, you can hardly feel the bumps. The brakes are also very sensitive, giving me the same feeling as a motorcycle, easy to slow down the speed. For an e-bike, I bet you're wondering what the range is, and yes, as he describes it, it's a big 48v/15AH battery, and that's absolutely true, it doesn't play tricks on you, the battery capacity is enough to get you at least 40 miles!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Don't buy! I had the bike barely a month and the rear tire popped, now when I asked for a response I get that it's not covered under warranty even though they advertise that the tires are resilient and resistant to being popped let al9ne the customer service try to just offer me 50$ yet a tire replacement is 70$ for at least a better quality tire! But here's the "kicker" customer service is very rude I even screenshot the back and forth emails but Amazon is telling me that it's not allowed to be posted due to guidelines! What guidelines? Letting paying customers know the truth?! Ridiculous anyway avoid this bike plus after putting it to gether it squeaks so loudly I had to does it with wd40. But wait there's more replacing the tire I need a torch to remove it some genuis welded 3x metal rings that held on to the body and the tire! VERY POORLY MADE & RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! ANYONE HIT ME UO FOR THE SCREEN SHOT INTERACTION WITH THEM SINCE AMAZON WONT LET ME POST IT
