My 12 year old loves his TST ebike! Mom here, and after riding it, I want one too!! It was so much fun & the seat is very comfortable. Amazing bike! The bike is fast, it gets through hills and turbulence! If you want a bike that looks nice and is a cheaper bike that performs well, get this! We love the multiple riding modes. The fat tires can be electric mountain bike then switch between pure electric, electric assist and pedal modes. Overall, we're very happy with the bike and would definitely recommend TST!

I’ve been really impressed with this e-bike so far. It’s compact but feels very solid and well-built, which gives a lot of confidence when riding. The torque is stronger than expected, making acceleration smooth and powerful, especially on inclines. Assembly was straightforward and hassle-free..everything came well-packaged with all the necessary tools included, which made setup quick and easy. The bike also meets all the listed specifications, which is always a relief when buying online. The battery is another standout feature. Really enjoy the bike , great build, smooth ride, fast, long charge, and the brakes are quiet still after riding for a couple months unlike cheaper bikes. Had a small issue with a part and the seller responded and shipped it immediately. The only thing I don’t like is the seat, hold rain water. I store my bike a bit uncovered and even hours or days after it not raining my shorts get wet from sitting on it I highly recommend the bike to friends and family for the great quality and the affordable cost

The bike seems to be of decent quality, but it should not be considered an adult bike. I am 6’ and I cannot pedal on this bike. It is way too small and uncomfortable. I do not recommend. I missed the return window and am now stuck with it.

I got this E-Bike about a week ago now and I absolutely love it. Putting the bike together didnt take that long it was fairly straight forward especially if you've put together any E-Bikes or bike before. The bike is very comfortable to ride over long distances and the battery life has been awesome so far. I was confused on why I could only get the bike up to 21mph in mode 5 because it said the top speed was 28mph. But I learned that in order to get it up to that speed you must unlock it through the controller. I watched a YouTube video on how to unlock it and I did exactly what the guy did in the video and what do ya know it worked! This bike does NOT feel cheaply made, its definitely solid. The frame, the seat, the tires, the brakes, handle bars, everything on this bike feels like its built to last. I love having the 20" fat tires on a bike, to me it makes such a difference when riding off road or going up steel hills. The bike has a 500lbs max load capacity which is amazing especially if you plan on have someone riding on the bike with you. Im 6' and 200lbs and my 14 year old daughter rides on it with me with no issues. I do like that it comes with a "back seat" and pegs for someone to ride on it with you and be comfortable also. I use an E-Bike as my daily driver, I ride it no matter the weather, I ride if its raining, snowing or storming so far this bike has not disappointed. I got this in July so we will have to wait and see on how it handles in the snow in a couple months. I had a Ridstar Q20 before I got this bike and I had it for 4 years and literally rode that bike year round in every weather condition and had 0 major issues, just minor maintenance. But one day it just died on me. So in comparisons to the Ridstar Q20 I would say the TST R9 is definitely a solid E-Bike for beginners or experienced E-Bike riders. CON- The one problem I had with this bike was the headlight, it did not work out the box. I tried every thing I could to try and get it to work but sadly I couldn't. I contacted customer service and they told me to send a bunch of pictures from every angle of every detail which I did but I have not heard back from them since I did. I do wish they would have included a manual or something to tell and show the buyer how to unlock the Max speed of the bike as well as how to access the app. So if your looking for a E-Bike that isnt going to break your bank account and that is solid, id absolutely recommend the TST R9 100%
