So far so good. These things have power. I'm a big dude. 6'1 280 on a good day and it pulls me no problem. My wife had to watch it because she was almost popping wheelies LOL. We bought these mostly for our camping trips and so many people have given us compliments. The only thing that's kind of lame and taking away one star is the app is complete garbage without it there's no way to unlock faster speed

I bought this bike march 30 2026. I rode it for about 15 miles and I lost the front brake function. Looked at the front caliper and saw it was missing a brake pad and the other one was falling out. I contacted TST customer support. They took care of the issue fairly quickly and kept in constant contact and sent the replacement parts. I received the parts and installed it working great now. I’m enjoying the bike and riding it quite often. The folks and the TST store were great!!! Thank you TST customer support and for honoring the warranty with no issues. I recommend this company.

The bike should be amazing. Had a shipping issue but was fixed and now the that it's assembled the motor doesn't work. I messaged called support which actually responded very quickly. A few days after figuring out what's wrong now I'm ghosted.... haven't heard anything for days now they won't answer my call or return them no email back no nothing. Waste of money unfortunately for something that should be 5 stars.

My son loves this e-bike. We had an issue with the communication cable and the support to address the issue was fast and efficient. They were texting us helpful troubleshooting videos and images. They made sure we got the cable fixed by sending a new one for free. I didnt expect the support to be great for this ebike post purchase however the TST support was great!
