My 12 year old loves his TST ebike! Mom here, and after riding it, I want one too!! It was so much fun & the seat is very comfortable. Amazing bike! The bike is fast, it gets through hills and turbulence! If you want a bike that looks nice and is a cheaper bike that performs well, get this! We love the multiple riding modes. Really enjoy the bike , great build, smooth ride, fast, long charge, and the brakes are quiet still after riding for a couple months unlike cheaper bikes. Had a small issue with a part and the seller responded and shipped it immediately. The only thing I don’t like is the seat, hold rain water. I store my bike a bit uncovered and even hours or days after it not raining my shorts get wet from sitting on it I highly recommend the bike to friends and family for the great quality and the affordable cost

I'd give zero stars if I could. Where to start? The braking system completely failed one month in (yes I replaced the pads the brakes failed) so I've replaced the braking system. The throttle ghost throttles it's caused me to almost get hit by countless cars, So I replaced that too.The cranks are made of a sub par alloy and the pedals got striped. Had to replace the cranks, pedals and bottom bracket. After all that I'm in the bike for about 1,300 dollars if you add the bike and all the parts I had to replace. This review is being written three months into owning the bike.

I love this bike it's quick and its durable..make sure you go to the app to unlock the extra mph the only draw back is the battery doesnt last as long as they said it does, but it still is more than sufficient to get around town and do whatever it is that you need to do...bottom line this bike is great all around and I would definitely recommend it and would buy it again. One suggestion is I would get an extra inner tube and carry an air pump always be prepared...Quality product!!!

We bought 2 ebikes at the same time, one orange and another white. I love the gorgeous orange color. Both items arrived on time. The ebikes run smoothly and the battery lasts long. From a fully charged battery, I’ve done multiple trips (2hours plus riding) without needing to charge it again. It’s a good investment especially since gas prices right now are insane! We did have an issue with the 2nd white ebike. The controller unit was defective so the ebike wouldn’t turn on. But Alicia from customer service was prompt and very helpful in helping us resolve our issue. She had sent us a replacement for a new controller, and we were able to install that on the white ebike and fixed the issue. Now my spouse and I do a weekly driving with our ebikes around our neighborhood and we lok forward to it every time!
