battery mount teeth were broken upon arrival; bike was interesting to assemble but made it work. no answers from seller. bike seems ok but not sure on battery life or how far this will take me. UPDATE: Seller remediated the battery mount issue that was broken during transit. They even provided an extra mount to ensure perfect fit. If you are a tall individual, this bike might be hard to pedal and engage the motor. I'm 6', and running the motor alone is solid and actually seems to use very little battery power in doing so.
