Really enjoy the bike , great build, smooth ride, fast, long charge, and the brakes are quiet still after riding for a couple months unlike cheaper bikes. Had a small issue with a part and the seller responded and shipped it immediately. The only thing I don’t like is the seat, hold rain water. I store my bike a bit uncovered and even hours or days after it not raining my shorts get wet from sitting on it I highly recommend the bike to friends and family for the great quality and the affordable cost ... show more

The bike itself seems to be good. The picture shows that it comes with a rear seat and additional foot pegs. The photos are misleading of what you actually get. I purchased this bike because of this feature and turns out they are not included.

For a bike that costs around $2K I appreciate the price drop to heaven and back. It rides like a dream, hitting speeds of about 18-21mph at PAD 5. The durability is definitely there because I had a woman open her car door on me and the bike bounced back pretty easily with some nicks and scrapes. The seat is great but after riding all day (Uber, Doordash, Instacart) it gets rough but that's expected and I'll toughen up. Assembly was simple with the guide and even with mistakes it was easy to undo and put the right parts in the right place. ... show more

Assembly was straightforward and hassle-free..everything came well-packaged with all the necessary tools included, which made setup quick and easy.     • Great bikes, lots of power but app sucks
So far so good. These things have power. I'm a big dude. 6'1 280 on a good day and it pulls me no problem. My wife had to watch it because she was almost popping wheelies LOL. We bought these mostly for our camping trips and so many people have given us compliments. The only thing that's kind of lame and taking away one star is the app is complete garbage without it there's no way to unlock faster speed ... show more
