This has to be the best e-bike I have gotten yet, it has a lot of power for climbing hills, it will get up to speed quite a bit faster than your average e-bike. The seat and suspension make the ride so comfortable and will make sure those bumpy roads won’t bother you. Unfortunately my bike did come with a couple of parts malfunctioning, but customer support was able to get me back on the e-bike asap. Best experience with customer support I ever had. The e-bike is a good size for someone who is 6 feet tall and this bike looks like it’s really durable.

My car broke down 6 years ago. All the places of employment that I've held during that time have been within 1.5 miles from my home. After 6 years of walking to get anywhere, I decided to get a BIKE. I hadn't ridden a bike in 30 years, I'm 43. I bought this to save my feet and shoes a few steps. Whoa BABY! This bike is an amazing little contraption. THIS is no ordinary bicycle. This beautiful 2 wheel transporter will whip and zip you up to your comfort level, skill and ability. I am 5ft. 8in. tall and I have to lean the bike all the way over to saddle it. So keep in mind, if you are shorter than 5'8'', this is NOT a good choice. It must be durable because I crashed pretty hard tonight and it didn't shatter. Assembly was pretty easy if you know how to use basic tools.

It is a great ebike. It has a long battery life can go really fast and is very fun to ride. I do recommend getting better inner tube. Other than that it is a great product for a young adult or just an adult. The assembly dose takes a bit longer then it says. The appearance is nice. The durability is high the head light is also nice and bright. For a ebikes that can hold 450 lbs it is probably the most cost effective ebike. The reason I did not give it 5 stares was because of the inner tube it came with I was riding on a clean city park path and the inner tube broke and I had to move a 75 lbs ebike for 2 miles. Other than that it is a great purchase and will most likely buy another bike from them.

I researched dozens of e-bikes before choosing this one, and I’m so glad I did! The build quality is top-notch—aluminum frame feels durable, and the waterproof battery gives me confidence riding in light rain. The 1500W motor provides plenty of power for hills and rough terrain, and the 30MPH top speed is perfect for getting around town efficiently. I love that it’s not just a “throttle-only” bike—pedaling with the 7 gears lets me save battery and get a little exercise too. Assembly was straightforward (the instructions were clear) and took less than an hour. The ride is smooth and comfortable, whether I’m on pavement or dirt. It’s passed every test I’ve thrown at it, and the 5-star rating is well-deserved. If you’re in the market for a versatile, reliable electric bike, don’t hesitate to buy this one!

Nice bike for what we use it for. A lot of dirt roads that are well maintained. We have 3 of them and one has logged over 300 miles on it and we have had that one since July. Since then we have purchased two more. With my bike (different brand) we often ride on weekends.

My first recommendation and the most important do not purchase any product from t.s.t. within two weeks after purchasing a bike, I was in a wreck wasn't the bikes fault i contacted TST about buying what I needed then they replaced it no cost. Asked me to give a review of bike and service and would send Hydraulic breaks. So I did well not long after this I am on a busy highway in Tallahassee and the motor starts clicking and wouldn't engage. TST replaced within 200 miles motor starts clicking again and I got a e7 code i contacted tst support, inform them of the error code along with the clicking coming from the motor like it did last time. Was told no, that's not the problem it was the controller, not the motor companies sent controller three days after it's representative hanna i told me it was the controller unit. Someone posted an email from her with the same error code. She told them it's the motor really. I replaced the controller unit within 2 miles. I got error 7 code again took a picture first email. I stated the problem, the second email was the picture I got told we won a video. The thing's not safe to drive down the road. Let alone take a video. So seeing how my warranty is from the purchase date since I don't want to get out on an unsafe bike. That will leave me stranded. I'm out of my money. I changed my review. If you don't wanna just take my word for it check out the Facebook group that tst has TST E-Bike Global Community
