I mix the TRX with weight training and love the TRX system. The only recommendation I have is if you are looking to anchor the TRX system into concrete block in the basement, the wall anchors that come with the system are not long enough and could come loose; my contractor installed longer ones that were more secure. I'm not saying the ones that came with the system won't work, but the contract felt it was best to add more security because of the way the system is designed to be used. Judi ... show more
