2025 Chevy Silverado install. Yes fits a 2025. Very impressed! Best plug and play tonneau cover ever? Maybe! And yes this fits a 2025 Silverado Trailboss LT short-bed. I have had 5 trucks, all had a drop a similar drop, fastened and done hard top cover. This has by far the best hardware to secure the cover, and my favorite is the front and back weather stripping attached direct to the unit. They throw in the cheap foam “plug a gap” stuff if you need it, but to be honest if you position it just right you won’t even need it with the built in rubber weather stripping. I. Addition it comes with cotter type bolt to snap in to the tension arms so when you fold it down you can be assured it will be locked in place. I’m going to add some thread locker to the forward tension bolt screws, but otherwise seems great. Takes about 20minutes for one person, just to get it lined up straight and make adjustments. No drilling for most installations, just drop and tighten.

October 18, 2024 As a follow up to my original below. The seller did reach out after my review and asked what they could do . I requested a few extra clamps and the promptly sent them. They also offered a partial small refund which I was thankful for. I have used the cover for a few weeks now in both rainy and dry weather driving across Idaho and Oregon over 1000 miles the cover has held up. I marked no noise and kept contents dry for the most part. I am increasing the star rating because the seller did reach out. The canvas to does fit the box. However to get the top clamped down will require a drill. The clamping provided on the fixed bars cannot access the proper places on the bed to fasted without drilling out a rivet on each side of the middle and end bars near the tailgate. Then you have to use one of the intended front clamp claws in place of the rear claw on drivers side rear of bed, while using the intended rear clamp to replace the front. This cover was inexpensive and in this case you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t but it again and you can’t communicate with the seller. Don’t expect this cover to be a simple no tools install on your Chevy or GMC short box.

I installed this on a 2012 sierra 2500hd 6’6” bed. No issues, works great and looks good. Clamps seem substantial and comes with extra parts in case of breakage. Cover appears to be well made and should be long lasting, providing good service.

Easy to install. Good quality. But it puts pressure on the tailgate so it doesn't unlatch! Our dealership repair department says they see this a lot. We will have to shim it somehow to raise it off the tailgate a tiny bit. Otherwise, this is a great buy!

Fits perfectly. Easy to put on with simple instructions. One person can install alone but easier with two people just to lift it into the initial position. Just take your time and read the directions. My wife and I did it in about 30-40 minutes. They give you spare clips and pieces incase you break one, so don't panic if you have extra parts after installation. Took it on a test drive and no noise and appears to be water tight. Bonus : I'm getting 2-3 better mpg.

Cover arrived in perfect condition and installed in about an hour (I took my time and worked by myself). Quality was as expected given the reviews and I wasn't disappointed in anything about it. The latches were the only thing that I was a little concerned about, wondering if they would be designed so that they kept the top from moving around. Well, no problem, they sit right up along the side of the bed when they clamp down and provide the limiting factor that keeps it from shifting around. the latches also have a pin that can be moved to a hole in the handle that keeps it from opening. With this cover, you don't have to worry if you got in on tight enough. It has safeguards that keep it together and, on your truck, Don't over tighten the hold downs and they won't break. This is a great low-cost tonneau cover that won't break the bank. Hope it lasts a long time. Thanks
