My car was desperate for new brakes. I searched for brake pads and rotors under my vehicle. This kit not only was an "Amazon confirmed fit", but it was a great deal! I got the parts in three separate boxes which was a waste of cardboard and plastic packing. I got my car taken apart and realized that both the pads and rotors too big and did not fit. I ended up getting the correct parts from AutoZone. I boxed it all up into one box and returned it to Whole Foods. 2 days later, that box ends up back at my doorstep. I sent it back to Whole Foods and the associate said they couldn't return it and that I would have to go somewhere else. I went to the UPS Store and the shipping fee was going to be $140 (the kit cost $205). After a phone call to Amazon, they are hopefully going to reimburse the $140 shipping fee. A total pain to return. More than likely NOT going to get car parts on Amazon anymore. ... show more

When i received my package i was exited because my front brakes are making embarrassing noises whenever i stop at lights and places, so i was overjoyed to be able to finally fix that problem, but when i opened the package sent to me, to my surprise, it only contains the pads for the front and rear, and the 2 rear rotors.. they look like good quality but the 2 front rotors are supposed to be included as well, but not front rotors in the box.. that part sucks for me especially since the embarrassing brake noise on my car is coming from my front brakes at the moment, i just ordered this kit since it was supposed to include everything (front and rear) and i was just gonna go ahead and change them all at the same time... I have contacted the seller, and am now waiting on a response, if they just send out the missing parts I'll be a happy customer, I'm not asking for anything extra or a discount or any sort of extra compensation, i would just like the parts that weren't sent to me.. to be honest they look like pretty good quality so i would recommend anyone else looking for brakes to go ahead and buy them..it was most likely just a simple mistake that i hope the seller will make right, and if that happens i will come back and change my one star review to a 5 star review.. I'll be back with an update... Update-one day later and the awesome customer support took care of the issue right away. And the parts are good quality.. ... show more
