I used two of these to increase the number of outlets on my bathroom GFI outlet rather than install a GFI outlet extender. Works great! Really like these. Glad I accidentally bought an extra set, as I will use those in my other bathroom. These take up very little extra space and, best of all, they fit the existing plugs very snugly. Consequently, they don’t wiggle at all when I plug in other items. They are more secure than the screw in extender that I currently have in my other bathroom - which will be replaced by a second pair of these nifty little fellows very shortly. Highly recommend!

This is the only set I was able to find on Amazon that has the trapezoidal shape and only utilizes one plug. This allows the use of two separately, and not only does it not block the other plug, it will fit any outlet type. The design is ideal since it allows more room for charge blocks opposed to square models. Most competing products will cover both outlets, and although they may fit fine with a standard outlet, they typically will not fit a GFCI outlet, for example. This is due to the fact that most units that utilize both plugs have two features that prevents universal fitment. The first is the location of the actual plugs, which vary on various types of outlets. They are not standardized. Second is the screw that is used to secure the unit to the outlet so it won't shift under load. Again, this works fine for a standard outlet, but is useless for a GFCI and any other outlet that does not have a central screw hole that is used to attach the plate.

This multi plug extender is nice quality for a great price. It is UL listed, which is one of the reasons I bought it. There are two extenders in the package, which offers six additional outlets. It’s made from a good, heavy material, not thin or cheap. The extender’s outlets are snug, so be sure to stabilize the extender with one hand while removing or placing a plug with the other hand to prevent the extender from wiggling around or pulling out from the wall outlet. I’m very happy with the product so far.
