I read bunch of reviews good and bad about this bed. Decided to buy it. Guess what, it is a really good, sturdy bed. Whoever wrote a bed review probably rushed with the assembly. If you follow instructions there will be no problems. All parts are labeled. It will take you good 4 to 5 hours to assemble. It is not hard, but it just takes time to unpack,start, sort out parts, screw everything together. But it is not hard. Everything comes super secured and protected in 3 boxes. I had a slight scratch on one part, but the company sent a replacement in a few days. They were so nice about it. Rest assured if you run into any problems they will help you. The bed took my husband 9 hours to build. There is no instructions there's some holes that are missing you have to make holes. Very cheaply made my husband had to put extra wood panels to keep it up. Not sturdy if kids jump on it. It will break. I did not return this bed because it would cost me another $275 to ship back. It is a good sturdy bunk bed and came exactly as described. Only issue I had was 2 holes on the platform didn’t line up so I couldn’t screw them in. All of the other ones were fine so not a big deal. Very happy with purchase. I put it together myself but needed help holding something in place two times. The one complaint I would give is you can see the unfinished drawers on the side angle.
