Well, after careful review online I decided to purchase this etrike. The planned usage was for my wife, who is somewhat elderly and not walking as well as she used to. The plan was for her to be able to ride along with my walking pace and distances. So I purchased this bike. Unlike some other reviews, I found this to be extremely easy to put together, what little assembly there was. And it's a very solid bike. The power at defaults surprised even me. The manual doesn't provide all the P codes available, but a quick search online provided that, P codes are pretty standard across the brands. This bike has available P codes 1 through 16. I was able to limit down the max power, speed, take off parameters, screen brightness, etc. Most codes remain at default. The only real problem with the bike is no matter what my wife is extremely nervous and unsteady on the bike, to the point she can't use it. This is not a problem with the bike. I've ridden it, even at full power settings, and I find it easy to use and quite intuitive. I would merely suggest that if you plan this trike for a person because they are slower walking, unsteady on feet, (she uses two walking sticks when we hike), elderly, etc., to try the person out at a local bike shop first. Otherwise, very nice bike. Lights front and back, horn, even came with mirrors and phone carrier bag which weren't in the description. Now the plan is for me to find a suitable bike trailer I can use that she will be comfortable in, not too expensive. Or a 4 wheel ebike I can afford. And then go on the long paved bike trails we have in our area. The only thing I'll need is to find out how I can obtain a spare battery to take along. I can imagine the 30 mile range won't be adequate with one battery. ... show more

This bike is awesome!! I ride it around the neighborhood and into town to the grocery store. I’ve had 4 knee replacements and pedaling is good exercise. When I’m tired, I use the battery. I love it! Easy to assemble too!

I love the bike it is fun to ride, but am very upset with the company. I got my bike in April, right away there was a problem with the wheel wobbling. I tried to reach the company through their email several times. Then a month later the differential started to make grinding noises again tried to get a hold of them with no response through email or phone call/voice mail. I finally went through here to get a hold of them. They did get back to me I sent them the videos they asked for and now I have gotten no response. I feel I should get a refund but Amazon says it is too late to get one. It is Amazons fault my bike is damaged in the first place. The drivers just drop them off their trucks and that is how the bikes are getting damaged. ... show more

We’ve only taken our QLife Electric Trike out for one ride so far, but we’re already impressed! Assembly took about 45 minutes—fairly straightforward. The trike is really pretty, and my 18-year-old daughter absolutely loves it. The orange color really pops and turns heads wherever we go. It drives great and feels sturdy on the road. The only thing we’d change is the throttle—it takes off a bit too quickly when you twist it, rather than accelerating gradually. Quick and easy to put together. Solid frame plenty of cargo space. Brakes are solid and effective. Over all totally satisfied. The display was cracked when I got it and I contacted the seller and shipped out a new controller free of charge. There response was quick as well. Definitely recommend.
