Non steroidal anti itch gel. Works wonderfully on itchy skin heat rash or mosquito bites. The gel is cooling and soothing and you can refrigerate it to make cooler especially in summer. Unscented so will not bother discriminating noses. Great product highly recommend.

This gel is the most effective balm for the idiopathic itching on my shoulders, upper arms, and thighs. I have no idea what causes these sudden, middle-of-the night bouts of insane itching—I only know what relieved it. It’s a bit watery and can squirt excessively as my sleepy, befuddled fingers fumble about to get some onto my fingers, but it seems they have improved the consistency and/or the dispensing cap recently. It still needs to be thicker or sold in either a pump (like hand sanitizer, since they are similar consistency) or as a roll-on, which would make it super convenient when one is fumbling about, half asleep, in the dark of night. I have 5-6 tubes all about my house and in every purse and bag because I’m afraid to have a fierce itchy attacking without a tube of TriCalm at hand. I love that it is steroid free. I relied on OTC steroid cream before TriCalm changed my life. It works faster and more reliably. I never leave home without it. ... show more

Second time I endured the itchy blisters of poison ivy and I was hoping to get the relief with this product I was told I would. Saldy for me it didn't work. I felt like it made my poison ivy rash worse, gave me a burning sensation and didn't really help the itching. Maybe it wasn't the right product for me or to treat/help with my poison ivy. ... show more

The top of my ears were itching and nothing was helping. They were worst at night and would wake me up. My dermatologist suggested using Tricalm. All I can say is Wow! Since I started using this gel they haven’t itched at all. I would definitely recommend trying.
