The wooden pegs snapped. No matter how carefully. The first two snap and you try to be more careful and they are brittle and cheap and snap anyway. And they snap off while you are trying to push the pieces together - so them you have the broken wooden peg stuck in the hole and you need to try to get it out without damaging the hole and then you need to find new pegs. Or you can disable the bottom portion that is all out together and re package it and use your own printer and load it up and carry it in to a UPS drop off because there are no pick up options for this return. Your only option requires you to have a printer and a car and the ability to lift this extremely heavy huge box and carry it across the parking lot. When you do try to push through and find new wooden pegs - you won't get much further before the Allen wrench made of cheap metal is completely round and your assblemy stops until you can find the right size tool. So you have now replaced multiple brand new parts because you do not have the means to return it. When you FINALLY finish this nightmare after roughly 4 miserable hours of replacing parts, the seams on the table top look awful and you further regret your purchase. I am stuck. There is only one return option and I cannot do it. I tried to find a way to contact support for replacement parts at least but the wait times are so long I gave up. Save yourself the money, wastes day, and crappy looking table. Do not buy this ... show more
