I'm extremely disappointed with this buffet table and the seller's customer service. The product's quality is subpar, and assembling it was a nightmare. The materials feel cheap, and the construction is flimsy. When I reached out to the seller for a refund, they insisted that I ship the item back. However, once assembled, it's nearly impossible to disassemble and repack. The seller refused to acknowledge this issue and was uncooperative and rude. The combination of poor quality and terrible customer service has left a sour taste in my mouth. I cannot recommend this product or seller to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere!

At less than $200, this product feels like a good value for the money. It's somewhere between 3.5 and 4 stars. I'm happy with my purchase as I don't have kids, pets, or plan to use it daily. It serves as a nice accent piece if you you're not expecting too much. There are nice engineering choices, like the wedge supports on the base. This took several hours to connect. Another person to screw and assemble would be valuable. The directions are detailed, but at certain points it can feel like an advanced Lego set. There are also a few places without pre-drilled holes, so I spent extra time questioning whether I was executing the build correctly. The directions are definitely better than the Ikea instructions for my leather couch. I don't think it will hold up to much abuse or use in general. There are paint stains on the doors, and I may have considered returning this product if I planned to use it more. The doors were also a pain to connect, so I ended up switching the door layout to ease some issues. There are small imperfections, chips, and cracks that may drive someone with OCD crazy.

Unfortunately, the quality is subpar. The doors do not align and had spray paint marks on one set. We opted not to use them at all. Contacted seller, however never receive replacement doors. Not sure it’s a good value for the price… But I made it work and I’m happy with my results.

I ordered a $1300 sideboard that I thought I just loved and had to have. When it arrived extremely damaged and I saw how cheaply it was actually made and that only parts of it were wood, I ordered this one instead and boy am I impressed. Yes, when you are right up on it, you can tell the top is laminate, but because the doors are slightly textured and aren’t the same color as the top, and it is my coffee bar so I do have it in a space where you can’t really see the sides well and it has several things on top, you really can’t tell - and not at all from a distance. I love the edge so that nothing falls behind, and that the legs are wood so it looks more expensive from a distance. You do have to completely assemble this product and it does take a while, but it is not incredibly difficult and was able to do most of it alone. It is mostly a one person job, but I did need someone to hold a couple of things steady while tightening some things, or risk damaging it, but that was it. I am so impressed by this cabinet that I am actually happy that I didn’t just get a replacement of the one I originally bought.

Since writing the below review, the company agreed to refund me. I will confirm that they actually refund me as soon as I have confirmation in my account. I am so disgusted with this product, it is by far the absolute worst thing I have ever purchased from Amazon and the seller is useless in resolving. First the package weighs over 100lbs. It arrived to me damaged, as if someone had previously bought the item. Then after tediously, for 2 days and several hours of construction- it did not assemble properly. After locking the screws there were still gaps in construction which caused the integrity of the stability to be jeapordized. I sent pictures to the seller informing them of these issues and requesting a refund because a) I have a broken leg and am not calling 3 ppl to come demolish and someone get this thing back into a box and then to ups where I would inevitably have to pay for the shipping- no thank you! I was told they would send replacement parts which does not solve the problem and even if it did you would have to deconstruct the entire piece to exchange a problematic piece- again ruining the integrity of stability bc screws strip etc. I can not overstate how much I recommend never purchasing this! It looks great in pics, but doesn’t arrive looking the same. All prices were scratched, knicked and dinged. I’m so so disappointed in this product! After over several weeks of back and forth with trying to resolve with the seller - their refusal to refund and make this right has led to this review! Avoid like the plague!

Easy to assemble and it looks really nice. My only gripe is that the shelves are not able to be adjusted. The shelves are fixed right in the middle so it makes arranging items or games kinda hard.
