I bought this unit because it is Aluminum vs Vinyl. And it fit my Nissan 2013 Frontier. It had a small dent and then I realized vinyl would spring back and probably not dent. So better security but susceptible to denting. The main issue is 5 of the 8 rubber squares that cushion it when it is folded up have all fallen off within a couple of weeks of having it. I haven't figured out what to do yet- try gorilla glue or just put them up there when I fold it back. The unit came with the hardware to use whether your truck has Utility rails or not. I bought one of these for a road trip i was taking so i can leave the bags in the bed of the truck and not have to worry about the bags getting wet if it rained. The trip was about a 7 hour drive and we ran into some rain along the way. When we stopped after the rain was over we checked the bags and noticed only a very small amount of water made it into the bed, and none made it anywhere near the bags. That alone was worth the price. ***Note*** I did have some trouble when i first tried to install the cover, it seemed like the cover was too short even though i ordered the correct size (5ft). What i ended up doing was adjusting the tensioners to the correct spot, and leaving the truck out in the sun to heat up the cover then stretched out the cover to the point where it would finally lock. and left it closed for about 24 hours.
