Tri-Arc's 4-Step All-Welded Aluminum Rolling Ladder is made of 3/4-inch schedule 40 aluminum pipe with 1-1/16-inch outside diameter finished in a standard mill finish. This model includes handrails for added safety, spring- loaded casters, solid ribbed tread, 16-inch step width, and 24-inch x 14-inch platform. Ships all-welded. Tri-Arc’s Aluminum Rolling Ladders are engineered and manufactured in compliance with OSHA 1910.29 and ANSI A14.7 standards. Rated capacity of 350 lbs and made in the USA. Base: 30-inch x 37-inch, Platform height: 40-inch, Overall height: 70-inch.

Scary, if you are on the top platform and lean forward even a little bit the steps start to tip forward. I will be using this where the front is always against something so I chose to keep it but otherwise would have returned it. Still planning to add weight to the rear part..

Ladder wobbles terribly due to uneven legs. No amount of adjusting will correct the problem. Am scared to use it, as it tips over easily. Not safe.

As you are climbing down they naturally want to fall backwards because of the foot position and the sprung wheels. Its difficult to move without catching the rubber feet as the springs compress from normal movement.
