so the value is questionable. its VERY easy to not use these fully before changing. they can take many wettings, more than any other brand id say. they feel like a mega but thicker. its pretty easy to get the bottom saturated and not have it wick up the back or front so if your planning to extended wear - maybe pay attention to the position your using them in. try and force it up into different areas to fully saturate. with how expensive these are - you really want your monies worth. leak protection is ok, better than mega i think. the small size is pretty big. the medium is what many other brands are for large. ... show more

What's not to love? They've got extreme absorbency, They're super soft on the outside. They start off thin but sort of thick and rapidly expand once used. They just keep going and going. These diapers are perfect for someone that has very large voids. They will take just about everything you can give them and then some more! Great color selections. Held up to 3X wettings during day use. Handled bowel movements very well. No leaks or tear during active mobility. Tapes can be refastened on the tape landing zone. Not to much of a crinkle noise compared to other thick plastic backed diapers. Sizing runs little bigger than normal. I.e. Medium size felt in between M & L. Dear hubby has IBS-D, and his flare ups cause rapid, unexpected poop explosions that can happen anywhere, at anytime, so diapers are medical necessity for him. These diapers do an excellent job containing his messes and keeping him dry, day and night. In the past he would try removing his diapers to use the potty, which often led to accidents, torn / ripped / damaged diapers (that would have otherwise been fine), and diapers put back on improperly so they’d leak stuff all over the place anyway. His attempts at using the potty caused more trouble that it was worth, and we used up as many (or even more) diapers than if he just used them in the first place. Out of frustration, I eventually insisted that he just use his diaper for everything, and to not to fuss, or tamper with, touch, or take it off, and that I will handle his diaper changes so he doesn't have to worry about it anymore (he was horrible at changing himself anyway). I couldn’t be happier when he finally stopped fussing and started using his diapers! I now keep him diapered all the time, and even got rid of all of his underwear, since he won't ever be wearing those anymore. We no longer stress about him having accidents (which happened more than I care to remember), especially when he’s away from home. They are expensive, but worth it to keep him in these super absorbent diapers. He typically only needs about 4 (sometimes a few more) of them per day. They fit him perfectly (he doesn't fuss or touch them anymore), and they are easy to change (these tape on so I can keep his shoes / pants / jammies on for diaper changes). We both sleep so much better now that he's using his night-time diaper and not getting out of bed multiple times each night to try to go to the bathroom (he’d always wake me up and then I’d have trouble getting back to sleep again… grrrr). I make sure to change him into a fresh diaper after breakfast, in the afternoon, before dinner, then right before bed. I check his diaper from time to time (just a quick sniff and a squeeze so he hardly notices), but usually just 4 changes are sufficient unless he's having tummy troubles or a flare up, and then I'll change him more frequently. Our lives are improved with him in these diapers! We like the new light blue color option (so they stand out from his other diapers), but they would be much better if they included wetness indicators, and a symmetrical design on the taping panel so I can tape them up perfectly every time! I subscribe to these diapers (and NorthShore MegaMax) so we won’t run out. I wish these came in cases, and that I could use our HSA through Amazon for these expensive diapers though! ... show more

This is a excellent, top quallity adult diaper. It has a huge amount of absorbency, allowing the wearer 8-12 hours before a change is needed. The outer cover is plastic and it has 4 great holding tapes. The diaper is bulky to wear, especially discreetly out in public. For a night diaper, it is a excellent choice for a heavy wetter. I have been wearing MegaMax diapers, and feel this Trest diaper is equal across the board to the MegaMax except price. The Trest diaper is more expensive per diaper than the MegaMax. ... show more

    • Excellent Overnight Diaper for Nocturnal Enuresis!
I absolutely love this diaper! Never had tried Trest before and when I saw some reviews and saw they made it in a mint green color I had to try. Nice to have color options. I don't wear for enjoyment but necessity. And when you have to wear diapers you might as well have color options. I took a risk wearing these for the first night on vacation in a bed that I don't own without a protective sheet not knowing how they would do. I ended up having very bad nightmares my first night in the condo where I am staying and ended up completely soaking the diaper to max capacity. Everything including the core stayed in place with no leaks! I would say this has slightly more absorbancy than the ABU brand of diapers. I put them on about 10 p.m. and woke up around 4:30 or 5 a.m. to find them completely full and needing to change. That's about 6 and a half to 7 hours of wear! Not as good as a megamax from northshore for going longer between changes but better than the 4 hours till max capacity from the ABU brand. It is also very soft and comfortable to wear. I will definitely be buying these diapers again! They are an excellent overnight diaper! ... show more
