I love that these blankets are 100% cotton, and not a cheap synthetic knockoff. This is high quality. Lightweight, but warm. I use mine at church when the AC is too cold. It fits nicely in a tote bag. The only problem I had was that the color was off. I ordered the light gray, and it looks like khaki beige, not gray at all (like the gray bedspread in the background of my photo). So I ordered the dusty blue one and I really love that color. I machine wash mine (by itself) in cold water and tumble dry on LOW heat or no heat till about half dry and then lay it flat on my clothes drying rack to finish drying. Keeps its shape and did not shrink at all. This is actually a soft blanket. It isn't scratchy to me (and I'm a person who wears socks inside out to avoid scratchy seams). But keep in mind that this is a sweater knit, so you can't expect it to have the texture of flannel or velvet. You can't go wrong with this blanket. ... show more

It's made well, nice and light while adding an extra layer of warmth (we have light blankets on my bed as my husband hates being hot, but i get cold when he is working nights). This is a soft cotton throw blanket, as advertised. Its very thin and lightweight. Thinner than I expected. The size is a little off, mine measured 52x58 when laying flat on the floor. It's not long enough to lay down and take a nap with, and when I wash it I expect it will shrink up even more. But the color is true to the picture (forest green) and, as others have stated, it would be perfect to fit in a tote bag for travel. I bought it to lay on the sofa and match other decor, which it does. So I might keep it for that. But as far as a cozy nap blanket I will keep looking. ... show more

I love having 2 0f these. I cover my lap and legs with one and my upper body with the other. I can get my hands out and keep warm. with one throw twice the size if you want your hands out your upper body gets cold. Also love that they are cotton and breathable.
