I can't say enough about this chandelier. I put it together myself. My handyman had no trouble installing it. It is beautiful! You can never go wrong with matte black & the vintage gold is just enough to dress it up without going over the top. It's elegant yet casual enough for the French country theme I am renovating my house to. I have 2 - one over my dining room table & the other in my open, 2-story stairway. I thought I would need more chain, so that it would hang at the correct length. I contacted the vendor & asked could I order extra chain. They replied quickly & said they would send me some more chain. When I received the order, it was an entire new fixture. It was the smaller one, but looks the same except it has 3 lights, instead of 4. I was amazed that they sent a whole new fixture, when I only asked for more chain. This light is matt black and gold. It is very modern and on trend. It has 4 lights that are very bright, particularly if you use LED lights, then you get a lot more light for the wattage. It came very well packed and was very quick and easy to assemble. It came with all the parts necessary to easily attach it to our existing wire in the ceiling. I am using it in a foyer and it is just the perfect size and gives off plenty of light. I'm using a dimmer switch with the light and it works just fine. Really amazing price for what you get here. I only give it 4 stars because the wire that runs between the chain is BLACK, which completely detracts from the aesthetics.
