    • Why is it squeaking? and now the motor is going out and has a bad burning smell after using it.
This product started out great! Performance was good, putting it together was simple and easy. But about 3 weeks in, it started having an unusually squeaking noise. So I bought lubricant for the treadmill belt. The noise had stopped; about 4 weeks later the treadmill belt started to get very hot after finishing a run on it. It now has a burning smell after using it and the belt starts to wobble when in use. I usually run for an hour on this treadmill at 6mph-6.5mph almost everyday but cannot anymore due to this. ... show more

    • Motor makes noise
The media could not be loaded. Ive only been using it for maybe a month and it already starts to make a noise as in the video. Normally, when this happens, I take its motor hood off and take a look and see maybe some grease will help but for this treadmill, access to a motor is almost impossible due to placing of bolts that makes it impossible to unscrew them. Anyway, it shouldn't make such a noise after a few times of uses because Im afraid that it might grow into bigger problem down the road. Im hoping it to last at least a couple of years. ... show more

The motor cover came damaged. One of the screw holes at chipped during shipping. Contacted customer service and they sent me one for free. Although it was the wrong portion of the motor cover, I messaged them and they sent me the right part. This is not an Peloton tredmill, people! However, it is a great mid-level piece of equipment.     • came damage cheaply made
This treadmill made of cheap plastic and the motor is noisy. Do not buy from this seller. The seller has poor service he offers me discount and to repair the treadmill myself .

    • The mat portion is off center.
At the first bolt to be placed (according to the directions) could not be accomplished, as one hole covered part of the other and the bolt could not be exerted. I had to enlarge the hole. The box upon arrival did not appear damaged. When the computer is moved up the mat cannot pass the main structural side rail (on the right side). The off center is quite noticeable. The plastic covering (upright decoration cover) on the left leg does not fit. The under side of the left arm has been damaged. There does not appear to be a damage to the electronics. Thus far, that's all that appears wrong. However, I have not put it to use as I'm concerned about the off-center and the possible damage that can make. There is no mention in the manual concerning the incline. From the poor workmanship at the factory, I believe I've received a lemon. ... show more
