This is thin and because it is shipped folded up, there is a crease horizontally that runs directly under the walking pad belt. I’ve had it sitting under my walking pad for over a week and it’s still creased which makes me nervous that the belt could rub against it. The size is perfect for a walking pad but they need to figure out a different way of shipping it. If I was gonna use this for doing yoga or as paddding during my HIIT , I would absolutely fall and that defeats the purpose. I will say that it’s affordable and I guess you get what you pay for ….but…. I don’t think any amount of hard earned money should feel spent unwisely.

I thought the mat had enough cushioning to protect the floor but not so much that whatever exercise equipment you put on it would wobble slightly. It worked fine. It comes folded for transport but if you roll it up for a few days using the included strap, the folds disappear and it looks fine. There is no bad smell.

This mat is pretty thin but does the trick! I put it under my walking treadmill and it has made it slightly more quiet. I also like know if anything drops, the mat will catch up.

Belt slides back and forth. Rubs the floor while walking. Not made for tall people. Stride is too long. Also, seller will not respond to messages regarding a refund. Avoid this seller!
