Oh my goodness! Steamer, where have you been all my life. This is our first time to try a steam iron. We received this just in time to go on a trip last week. What a blessing it was to be able to get all the wrinkles out of our clothes quickly and easily while they were hanging, without wrangling with an ironing board and trying to figure out how to properly lay all the different parts of the garment on the board to effectively reach every wrinkle without creating more. Truly love this. It's very portable and compact for taking on trips, and heats up the water super fast. Not having had experience using steamers in the past, we initially tried to hold it an inch or less away from the garment, rather than touching it to the garment, which did not produce good results. But the moment I suggested we try actually touching the garment with it as we moved it around, we saw instant results. The instruction manual provided did not provide this important tip for steamer newbies like us. I'm thankful we figured it out. Hope everyone else will as well.

I’m traveling to another country for a wedding, and this is exactly what I need to tuck in my suitcase. I will also use it at home. As you can see from the photos, it’s compact and opens up for use. It comes with clear directions and is really easy to figure out. It does only take 10 seconds to heat up! There’s a countdown timer on the arm and a 1-2-3 setting— it’s easy to choose the setting you want. It makes a soft clicking noise that indicates the release of steam. It did leave a couple of water spots, but that’s kind of expected. You can easily switch to ironing mode and could use a bed if an ironing board isn’t available. It takes a while to cool down on the included tray, then you can store it in the velour storage bag. Really happy with this product.

I love the steamer option with the steam iron as well. It's a nice handle and it heats up very quickly. It irons things quickly and irons well. The steamer works fast and I like that I can use it if I'm in a bit of a rush. The instructions were helpful and I like the dust bag included. The cord is thick and it doesn't move very easily, but you can't count on it not getting twisted and bent thankfully it does wrap around the handle very well. The little cup to pour the water into the reservoir is helpful and tells you the maximum amount to fill. I'm a big fan of this product!!

I been needing a garment steamer for my suits and came across this one. It came with a nice bag to put it away in. They must of testes it out before shipping because it did have drops of water inside. I wasn't mad about this because it tells me they actually test it out before sending it out. It worked like a charm, I used distilled water which doesn't take much to fill it. I can do 2 suits with one full tank. I have my before and after pics to show how good it worked. I would definitely recommend this 👍

This steam iron heats up remarkably fast -- once filled with water and plugged in you will see a digital countdown from 10 to 0. When it reaches 0, you press the round gold button on the handle to start the steam. I could not believe how quickly it heated and created steam! It works beautifully.

The media could not be loaded. Super fast way to get the wrinkles out of your garments without having to pull out the ironing board. I was amazed by how fast this heated up; has a 10 second digital countdown visible in large numbers the moment you plug it in. The 0 setting is for pressing with dry heat, and it stays on that setting until you unplug the whole unit, which is recommended, as there is no "OFF/ON" switch. The rest of the settings are for varied intensities of steam projection. This is a lightweight and easy-to-manuever iron. Everything fits into the drawstring bag for storage. No assemmbly was required, except for adding water. This is a convenient traveling or home accessory. Love it.
